CP3 is the 3rd best player in the world and Blake still has room to grow into a top 5 player if he develops his skill, especially now that he has a far better head coach and more continuity with his pg and the team. I still don't think the Clippers can beat a healthy OKC but I could see them beating everyone else except for maybe the Rockets

The Clippers are relying on DeAndre Jordan, Blake Griffin, Byron Mullens and Antawn Jamison on defense come playoff time.

I just don't see them winning more than one round. Maybe two.

Blake

^ top 5 player in what? The NBA?

on the dakota wizards

I knew I would get slandered for that  but remember this is a guy (Blake) who was putting up 20 and 10 his first year in, is more athletic than anyone at his position, is 24 and has only been on a good team for 2 seasons

The "if he develops his skills" is equally as stupid as saying Blake could be a top 5 player.  Which player in the league WOULDN'T be considered better than he is now if he developed his skills?

Just a laughable statement all the way around.

I think I've heard that same statement about every other hyper-athletic 6'6-6'9 light skinned dude that's came into the league in the past 10 years.

Every player would be better but every player doesn't have the physical gifts Blake does which is the difference. Like how Bron developed his skillset even further taking him from a top 3 player to the best because of his potential. Y'all acting like top 5 is that far fetched, the league is basically Lebron, KD, CP3 and then everyone else depending on the year

Um are you just going to conveniently leave Kobe off the top 5 list?
