Honestly, I think Millsap has outgrown that "rugged, blue collar, dirty work" rep. He's developed a lot of skills over the years.
I don't think it'll evolve to much more than it is now, and Bennett is already advanced in those areas compared to Millsap. Point being, their styles of play are completely different. You won't see Millsap shoot too many threes. Or play small forward

Again though, I really like Millsap and I wouldn't say Bennett is destined to have a better career than Millsap.
For sure, I don't see too many similarities between Millsap and Bennett.

Millsap can play SF though, but Corbin used it sparingly (mainly versus bigger lineups like the Lakers). Millsap has a three point shot too, but he doesn't use it much either.

Paul George will never be in the same stratosphere as McGrady offensively

I just noticed Ben Baller is in the new Drose commercial

Bennett has all the right tools to be a special player. The key for him is going to be staying in shape.

****** wilding with that, I love PG and his immaculate hairline but T-Mac was getting 32/6/5 at 23, same age as PG is right now. George is already a better defender though and that's worth a lot.

I dont see Waters getting maximized in cle. He doesnt move well without the ball and isnt really a good shooter. With Kyrie who will dominate the ball they need a 2 that can hit the open J and move without the ball. Although Wade is not a great shooter he moves well without the ball and is a great post up player. I see Waiters being a Jamal Crawford type player.

:smh: :smh: Just no...

I mean he coulddd become that, but he isn't the dynamo iso scorer that McGrady was, and I don't think he'll ever be. He isn't that good with putting the ball on the floor, and he'll never be as good of a shooter as McGrady is, especially from Deep.

Mac Averaged 30 ppg multiple years in his prime, I don't think PG will ever get to 25 5 and 5 let alone 30 5 and 5.

PG is nice but prime TMac was filthy man. I know most cats remember the end of tmacs career but dude could've been better than Kobe barring injury talent wise. Not in the no about his work ethic etc

t-mac in his prime :x :smh: so dominant...

what he was able to do with the iso & how he was able to catch fire with his jumper... it was a treat watching him play during those years.

i don't see paul george having a game as dominant as tracy had during his prime... i don't see him putting up #'s like that either.

Yeah Durant does close to everything TMac used to do... more efficiently

with Westbrook, Harden, and Ibaka....
You can't mention Ibaka as if he benefits KD, when his game (offensively since that's what we are talking about) is almost exclusively assisted mid range jumpers. We saw how he looked with no Westbrook last playoffs, went from being the highest % mid range shooting in the whole league at over 55% on them to 30.1%

What happened to KD in the playoffs last season against Memphis when he was pretty much by himself describes TMac had to deal with every season in Orlando.

28.8ppg, 10rpg, 6.6apg, 42/35/77 in the 5 games against Memphis. When good defenses are able to game plan for OKC without Westbrook, they know who to stop. The loss of Westbrook did not effect him much against Houston because they were a bad defensive team. If you look at TMac's numbers in the playoffs during his prime, they are pretty similar to KD's. Would TMac been more efficient if he had a player the caliber of Westbrook on his team?

He would have a ring.

He would have a ring gotten out of the first round.
