23 and 12 his rookie year, wow what a stud! if this guy keeps improving theres no limit to how good he's going to be

second year: 20 and 11, hey... shouldnt you be improving? maybe he will get it together his third year

third year: 18 and 8

why are we talking about his rookie year again?

So we're going to act like his scoring hasn't taken a hit because of the teams he's started to play on? Really?

The boards are no excuse though.

hes the 1/2 option tho

id say 1 since CP isnt really looking to score and blake always gets the ball.

he should be putting up same numbers as his rookie year, scoring wise. even better since he can get more lobs, good looks, compared to playing with any other pg.

wheres the excuse? oh because hes getting those points because of CP3 now. he cant do anything for himself anymore

Dirk is the best scoring PF still.
better than kevin love?

dirk's time has passed
C'mon breh. Just stop. KLOVE will never touch Dirks offensive ability. NEVER! Dirk isn't done.

ya know? these dudes actually think the public who votes players like flake griffith for the all star game are interested in rebounds and assists

lol
So the young guy, who put up similar numbers on a team that finished top 5 in the regular season. Yeah he was snubbed lmao.
Reading is fundamental.. I said Aldridge was snubbed in 2010-2011, Griffin's rookie year.

Clippers were trash, Aldridge led a Portland team (pretty much by himself) to ~50 wins and playoffs. Yet Griffin got in because of his dunk highlights. It was a well-known snub that was talked about at the time.
Nah. He cant rebound.

Blake showed he was a all star his rookie season avg that. Thats why they felt he had to be named. But Aldridge could've made it too.

How many rookies start off on bad teams and avg 22 and 12 and make All Star team?
Lol you acting like the all star team isnt a popularity contest, t mac was named starter without touching a nba court for the season
Thats only starters. The others get voted in by coaches though. You must've not known that.

WHAT? define produce please, because most of those guys have contributed a lot more than Blake, on winning teams.  and didnt rely on CP3 throwing them allyoops all game to get his points
Man Blake did that as a rookie. CHRIS PAUL WASNT EVEN ON THE TEAM WHEN HE PUT THAT LINE UP.

What are you talking about
roll.gif
exactly.

Rebounds yes, that's no excuse he should be rebounding better.

Offensively though, he's playing with much better players who dominate the ball a lot more offensively.

crawford & cp3 when he chooses, thats no excuse, the 2nd most physically gifted player in the league hasnt showed one sign of improvement since his rookie year

Jamal Crawford, Randy Foye, Caron Butler, all were putting it up. Those were very productive scorers for the Clips. Those players were taking away shots from Blake. (Not a bad thing as those guys were scorers)

Plus Blakes rookie year he made all star team because at that time LAC was in Playoffs and Trailblazers weren't.
