I would say that Rose and Westbrook are equal, I thought the newfound jumper by Rose was going to be a consistent thing, but so far it hasnt been, but if that does come back around he has the edge.

Russ > Rose IMO. Russ scores easier than westbrook due to his midrange game. And Russ is a better defender.

Tim Hardaway JR is going to be an awesome 6th man for a team in a few years or so. A More competent JR Smith.

Rose is better than Russ, but I don't think they're that far apart.

In reality I think they're about equal.

Imo Russell's defense and intensity gives him the slight edge. Dude goes all out every game, every play, win or lose

That's what Derek Fisher does. He only makes plays when it will annoy you the most personally.

I give Rose the nod because he's the number one option. It's not Russell's fault, but we haven't seen him play without Durant where the defense only has to focus on him. He'd still be a great player, but it also might bring out his worse qualities. They're also on two very different teams. The Bulls are a good team who will compete even without Rose. OKC is Durant, Russ, Ibaka, and a bunch of clowns.

I was never a fan of Rose getting MVP and have pointed out how similar Russ' season was that same year. It has nothing to do with the MVP, but we've seen Rose as "the man" and we don't know how Russ would handle that for sure.

In Big J's defense he is a huge Russ fan.

Russ and Rose are equal but I'll give Russ a slight edge because I'm a Thunder fan and I like Westbrook's game better. I do wonder what Russ numbers would be like if he was he number option but I never ever want to see KD and Russ split.

And Westrbooks defense is overrated. Physically he's a nightmare, but he slacks off and can get lazy. Until he can keep his focus every play, his defense won't be as good as it should be.
