Dre has the physical tools to be the best center/big man in the league. He's improved offensively at a fairly rapid pace. The defense and rebounding was already dominant and imposing.

I love Wall but he needs to continue improving his outside jumper. And Beard needs work on his offense.

The writer is obviously forecasting very optimistically and highly for Dre.

Greek Freak is well-rounded. Size, length, athleticism, bounce. Defends well already on the ball and with help D. Very raw offensively. Can shoot, just needs consistency. He's been called KD-lite.

klay is the ultimate 3 and D guy, shoots 3s as well as anyone in the history of the league and plays solid D

he cant create, he's not that great off the dribble

the guys listed above him have a chance to be stars in the league, klay's peek is a very very very good role player (keep in mind that that list is based off potential and not what they are doing now)

why is Jim Brown hating on Kobe?
I wouldn't call it hate. I love Kobe and Jim Brown, but Brown was alluding to the fact that he isn't active politically or take a stand socially. You could have replaced Kobe's name with LeBron and the statement would remain the same. There's a huge disconnect between athletes of color this generation and those of generations prior especially when it comes to using your platform for other than talking about your brand.

then why the hell was he bringing up Kobe/Shaq situation? Makes no sense

Melo going to Mia ASAP. Who's got a pic of his allstar jacket last year? The one with the badges of accomplishments?

Lol, pretty much sums up melo

They really put Andre drummond above James Harden & John Wall

Not to mention that greek kid over Klay Thompson :x
I'm a Wizards fan and I see no problem with that. Drummond is a 7' tall physical specimen, that dude is on his way to being an unstoppable beast.

Jim Brown is a hater lol.. he made similar comments about Jordan

“Take Michael Jordan. To me, he’s full of bull. He’s hiding his true self. All he cares about is getting ahead, being popular and enjoying the wealth of this country. Same with Kobe Bryant. For them, it’s all about making money and doing all the commercials.”

Kidd brought Frank in to run the defense, draw up plays, be the coaches' voice at practice. And then, Frank did that. And Kidd was taken aback.

Frog, meet scorpion.

"The assistant's job is to stand up and call coverages," an NBA coaching source said last week. "Every time the offense comes down and calls a play, my defensive coach stands up and yells 'four down!' or 'get to the side.' Jason didn't like it. He thought Lawrence was coaching the team."

That apparently rubbed the first-year head coach — who had previously chosen assistant Joe Prunty, not former head coach Frank, to lead the Nets when Kidd missed the season's first two games while he served a two-game DWI suspension — the wrong way:

Kidd tried, gradually at first, to start putting his own imprint on the team. He would be, a member of the organization said last week, direct and honest with players in film sessions, going over things one-on-one with players -- "that's a bad shot, and here's why. That's losing basketball, and here's why," the source said. He tried to point out that he did know a couple of things about defense based on his career as a player (whether he specifically mentioned his four first-team all-NBA defensive team selections is unknown), and that he had ideas that were different from Frank's.

But Frank "wouldn't stop talking," the second coaching source countered. [...]

The denouement came in the now well-reported blowup Kidd had with Frank, where Kidd, according to a source, told Frank: "Sit the (bleep) down! I'm the coach of this (13-letter word) team! When you're on the bench, don't (bleeping) move!"

While there are plenty of options when it comes to 13-letter words — I rather like thinking that Kidd told Frank he is "the coach of this characterless team," myself — the clear implication is that Kidd said something that would be frowned upon during Mother's Day brunch. Or, y'know, pretty much any other time or place, really.

Love Drummond, but he does not posses anything offensively other than finishing putback's and lobs/dump off's......which he's good at.

Lets not sit here and act like he's already made a huge leap as an offensive player. Majority of his points are assisted, or due to his great offensive rebounding skills.

The point is the center position is a premium. D12 is far from gifted offensively, yet largely considered the best C in the game because of qualities Dre also possesses. Rebounding and defense.

There's not many offensively gifted centers like Drew Bynum with footwork and post moves.

Which is why I love DMC's ceiling.

I'd only take D12, DMC, and Marc Gasol over Dre right now in the current 2013 NBA season.

He was asked about Kobe by Arsenio and said how he felt. Brown pulls no punches. He wasn't talking about Shaq on the court either. He was talking about how he told police Shaq cheats too.

Outside of basketball, Jordan is a piece of ****. I have no problem with someone criticizing him.
