If you go to the actual Vine there's an embed option now along with FB & Twitter options. I think they just updated the interface

I'm not sure about auto-playing. There is an option to turn off audio autoplay though

The fine is sufficient. At the end of the day, this is still a job for these players and they are employees which equates there is a level of professionalism that should be sustained, despite heat of the moment tantrums.

Wilbon has said many times that he uses the word around certain company. He's just not dumb enough to use it on Twitter, because that's where all the feigned outrage comes from.

I don't think that's it. I think its more that there's a segment of the population that feels the word should never be said by anyone, regardless of the context. Plus, its in the public consciousness right now anyway because of the Richie Incognito thing.
