From what I seen he has a high motor, can use either hand in the post, and knows his role. 12-14 and 7-8 rebounds on the season if he keeps his minutes

Its not the players. Its the refs they need to work on.

They get intimidated by the superstars when they start complaining. Thats why the players complain to intimidate the referee so he doesn't make a call on them.

Its the Refs. They listen to these players and make the call. Joey Crawford don't take that crying thing. So the players don't do that on him.
