Rubio has regressed, but what ever happened to Shved?

Last season they were showing flashes of being a decent young backcourt.

Shved lost all confidence. It's sad. He and Rubio just look average now.. Rubio has his flashes here and there so hopefully there's still hope he can become elite

This game actually made them look bad imo

You could look at it that way. On the other hand, the Clips got owned on the inside, shot like #%^* from deep and CP had, for him, just an average game. Yet, they still found a way to win. That's what good teams do (nevertheless, thanks Kevin Martin).

I thought Shved was gonna be improving a lot this year. K-Mart just deflated all of Shved's confidence the day he landed in Minnesota. I think Budinger is coming back soon for em too maybe he can provide some of the spark they need off the bench.

For as much criticism I give the guy it's because I know he can get numbers like tonight every once in awhile. Pure dominance by Love :pimp: :pimp: :pimp:

There was a min there last season I thought Shved was gonna be the 2nd coming. I just now realized I haven't even remembered dude so far this season and I've watched several Minny games.

It's basically been all Love.

Pek has been having a hell of a year. Can't forget about him. In the East he'd probably be an All-Star

Good teams don't consistently get owned inside though.

LAC found a way to win because Minnesota sucks, they're under .500 and have nobody worth a damn outside of Love/Pek. In the playoffs it'll be a little tougher to win if you can't play defense.

Vince and Antwan are both HOFers

Tmac isnt

this kevin love guy is pretty good at basketball but im not sure he's better than melo not srs

rubio is not that good but ill enjoy his yearly highlight video

Pekovich is a monster.

Love is definitely gonna end up leaving...they should probably look into what they can get for him before it's too late. I'm sure some team would give up a king's ransom for him.

it takes a 45/20 game for some people to say Love might be good?

dudes been a monster and beast since day one in the league.

gonna be a long time til you see a player like him and the way he plays for a big man. appreciate it while you can

Matt Barnes temper reminds me of Jesse pinkman.
I REALLY hope the rondo trade works out. There will be two powerhouses in the east for real, if so.
The Christmas shirts aren't horrible.
This thread moves entirely too fast.

The fact that Love is nowhere near the athlete most NBA players are makes it even more amazing/entertaining. Has all the fundamentals and all the IQ you could ask for

in before someone says hes putting up empty stats :rolleyes

hes been doing this stuff his entire nba career, put hit on a legit team and he will put up the same numbers and actually win. Not his fault Minny has been run by idiots.

Why does everyone think Kevin love isn't athletic?
Because he doesn't show that he is? He doesn't play above the rim, he doesn't dunk over people, doesn't run fast, isn't laterally quick, am I missing anything else

Relative to the average NBA athlete, he isn't really that athletic.

Rubio is literally one of the worst shooting backcourt players in the history of the NBA

I like his vision and defense but that's just crazy, if he can't overcome that then this is his ceiling

I remember the year that Rubio and Jennings got drafted, there was a lot of hype that they were going to be the next greatest pg's.
