This was obvious to me when he was in Philly.  Dude didn't, doesn't care.

you can't just decide to back out of an agreement in the middle of it AND yet benefit from the rewards of it if you don't comply with the stipulations

that's fraud

The Sixers future looks really bright right now...but imagine if they didn't trade Vucevic, Harkless, Iguodala and a future 1st for that ******g idiot last year. I hate him so much.

my dude drew couldn't even stay chill for another week and a half to get that guaranteed doe . Cavs basically took Bynum over drummond. Kareem called this years ago. he also said Dwight is an idiot and has gained my trust.

sucks it had to be bynum but im glad it happened to cry baby dan gilbert

waits for him to sign with miami this offseason

They said he's on the trading block.

Who's going to trade for a player who has essentially just came out and said he doesn't want to play basketball anymore

Brian Windhorst: "Bynum is not just suspended, he's been put on the trade block. The Cavs are making him available, and they will be very aggressive until Jan. 7 (when a bunch of money comes his way)."
what or who can they possibly trade him for?  some lint balls and a couple of buttons?

dude is damaged goods now.

what crazy team would want to risk their resources for him?

knicks

A team looking to save money could trade for him. Plus the Cavs have multiple draft picks to exchange too.

If son isn't giving ALL... and I don't care why not... he deserves to be scorned.

I mean, unless he's leaving that money on the table.

Seriously...

He made millions of dollars and doesn't want to fulfill his part of the deal. Hs rich and happy congrats but there should be no sympathy and no reason that he can't be criticized.

@BillSimmons- From what I hear, Bynum wants to end up with Heat or Clips. But he'd have to be released + Cavs want to trade him (see @WindhorstESPN).

@BillSimmons No team will trade for Bynum and spend 6 mill if he doesn't want to play there. He's playing this perfectly. Depressing but true.

I logged in to post this, beat me to it, a rep for you fine sir. I see Dolan doing this , probably STAT and Shump for Bynum and Waiters, I know all of the numbers don't work so there will be some filler to get the numbers close.

So basically, the Cavs have to trade him by January 7th because they don't want to guarantee him his contract. Which they won't be able to do.

Which inevitably will lead to them releasing him by January 7th because of that guaranteed contract situation.

Which will lead to him being a free agent, being able to sign anywhere that he wants, I.E. The Clips or Heat.

Am i doing this right?
