20 years ago today, @SHAQ
had 24 points, 28 rebounds and 15 blocks in an @Orlando_Magic
 win over the Nets.

this shaq guy was pretty good
Shaq's MVP season in 1999-2000 was the most dominating single season from a player I have ever seen. Not saying Shaq's the GOAT, but for that single season, he was on another level than everyone else.
he is without a doubt the most dominant player ever. I cant say greatest because I see greatness as dominance AND longevity and guys like kareem have him beat on the longevity part. But yeah, there is no doubt in my mind that during that NBA season he played the center position better than anyone in NBA history.

its weird how most people forget about his orlando years though, much like how when people tell jordan stories it seems like his career began in 1991. Wonder if it will happen to Lebron too and in 20 years people wont even mention his years as a Cav

he's the black jason kidd

durrr....

Speaking of Kidd, is his absence on the Knicks that big of a hole?

Saw this tweet earlier and it got me thinking...

Aaron Hodges ‏@aaronhodges 5h

@_TommyDee_ JKidd was the nucleus. Who is it now? Who's the leader? Chandler maybe, but if he's not on the floor, then who?

We traded j kidd for Brent Barry after he won the dunk contest
