It just seems counter-productive to bring in guys who won't help your best, young players improve. Let's see... we have a skilled big man in Monroe and a supremely athletic and bursting with potential Andre Drummond, how about bring in an inefficient, shoot first PG... and Josh Smith, who despite all the evidence indicating he shouldn't be shooting 3 pointers.. continues to shoot 3 pointers. This dude is honestly shooting 5.7 3's per game at 28%.. So a chucking PG and a chucking SF to balance out your two emerging big men.

Smith is shooting 50% on his 2 pointers, yet all the 3's takes his FG% down to 41% Give all 5 of those shots right to Andre

i just realized this because there was a dwight conversation in the lakers thread. according to espn dwight is listed as 6'11 265. boogie cousins is listed as 6'11 270. caught me off guard.

That's cause Dwight is a semi lean 265, and Cousins is a slightly doughy but better shape than he used to be 270.
