in shaq's book he talked about how his body started to break down in miami when they forced him to lose weight and lose his fat

but i dont think it will happen to dwight as he's used to playing with a lean body

Dwight is going down to 3% BF. Shaq was at like 33% BF. Lazy Shaq knows nothing about this subject. He's probably in better shape now than he was his last 2-3 years in the league.

I've been voting for Cousins as much as possible. Really wanna see him pouting and throwing tantrums because he isn't getting the ball.

We gotta get him in NT.

Just proves that you don't actually watch the guy play and just go off of old stereotypes. Yes he complains sometimes. EVERY NBA players does.  he doesn't whine anywhere near as much as guys like Chris Paul. and thats an absolute fact.

i look forward to witnessing flopping in the NBA All-Star game when CP3 and Flake take the court.

I don't even really get into the Clippers hate or anything that much.

But anybody got a gif of Blake Griffin not getting hit in the face last night???

@DraftExpress: Sergio Rodriguez is simply not the same player he was a few years ago in the NBA. Body, shooting, defense much improved. Still so creative.
:smokin

And Ryan Anderson isn't getting traded for no Zach Randolph.

laugh.gif

same thing as Griffin ahead of Aldridge or Love in fan voting. The Power of poster dunks (assisted by off arm offensive fouls) and cute Kia commercials

Not even going to argue. LMA is definitely more deserving of an all-star appearance than Blake this season.

(That said, Blake is still a much better player than you give him credit for).

it's the east.. both will get in
I know...but Wall has been good enough to start the game. I know it's in the fans hands, but it's a crock of ****.
kobe and potentially lin starting in the west are worse..

the east doesnt have a ton deserving people who are going to get left out (wall will make the team).. in the west, that's another story

According to several reports, the Knicks were prepared to trade Raymond Felton and Metta World Peace plus Iman Shumpert or Tim Hardaway Jr. or a 2018 first-round pick. The Raptors preferred the first-round pick, but Dolan — who negotiated the Carmelo Anthony trade with Raptors GM Masai Ujiri when Ujiri was with the Denver Nuggets — got cold feet about trading a future asset. That could open the door for the Brooklyn Nets to acquire Lowry instead.

“Dolan didn’t want to get fleeced again by Masai,” was how one Knicks source put it. “They had a deal ready.”

[…]

“There are two problems,” the source said. “Dolan didn’t like that someone from his group leaked it to the media, and the other problem is the Knicks seem to have too many (people) involved with making decisions.”

:x :x :x :x :x :x :x

all that for Lowry sheesh
