I said that in my detailed review. But as always, it depends on your feet and preferences. I've heard of folks running in Roshe's. I've physically seen someone run in Air Jordan 1 mids and was like WTH!!These shoes suck at running, they give you no support the side of your foot. Your feet will hate you if your doing sprints or fast jogging and cuts. But these shoes are the absolute best when walking or casual activities. For regular jogging they are decent, but comfort goes downhill after a fast walk.
I mainly use them as cross trainers or to work out. They're great casual shoes and you can probably wear them all day during work.
