Prices will probably come up a little when the other two pair drop now most who want a pair have one.

So funny! And so wrong. I actually preordered a pair on eBay because I was covering my bases. Ended up getting both, so this helped pay for my pair a little. If you want to laugh at that, by all means go ahead! I'm busy laughing at Leland Yee at the moment.
And yeah a cookie would be awesome, particularly the medicinal type.

I never tried the express service but I believe you. I think for the regular service they high independent people to deliver the items for them hence the horrible delivery times and everything

FedEX Home Delivery is fine. Mail Innovations and Smartpost suck because the USPS is involved.
