He just generalized being raised by your biological parents means they won't beat you to death, shot you to death, or molest you, because that's your biological parent. Which is just as silly as saying all black man are egotistical maniacs; especially when they get a little bit of money.
Then he followed up with a conclusion statement that he would never allow another man to raise his child.
Being raised by the mom or dad means nothing in general. Moms and dads are killing/beating their own kids everyday intentionally. So yes it's silly statement and it's silly that I have to break it down to yous like yall some 2nd graders.
