I'm always curious where people buy these. The website and/or the profile of the seller or the listing can also tell a lot.

Damn!

I bought mine from Facebook (there is a sporting goods fleamarket) and I thought that these were just all red Nikes (and because of that, I didn't ask for more pictures, silly me). But when I opened the package and saw the US flag, I was sure that these were fakes (woman's intuition, haha).

So how did you end up in this topic? You didn't know what Independence Day 90s were before you bought them?
 
Like I said, I thought I was buying "just" all red pair of Nikes (shoes were photographed from the side on the selling ad) and when I got these, I saw the flag and realized that these were (supposed to be) Independence Day ones.

Then I googled how to spot fake pair and ended up here.

Hopefully you get my point, it´s kind hard to explain what I mean because I´m not a native english speaker.

Not impossible but very very unlikely that you'll find a legit pair on marketplaces like that. Also sellers like that, listing sizes week after week while they sold out everywhere. Just don't believe that sh*t. If you are seriously after a legit pair visit Ebay and be prepared to pay. And yes I know, Ebay also has fakes listed.

Well the flag does not seem to big. Color seems right, yet I personally find it hard to judge if the holes in the mesh is too big. Hard to tell with the sole cause there there is no picture where you can really see yet.
So to be truthful I just don't know, which is why im asking :smile:

You will not, I repeat WILL NOT find a legit pair that will start at GBP 0.99 (or $). Never. EVER. NEVER. EVER. PERIOD.

Take a look at the items seller has sold in the past, fake Nikes all over.
Not to mention the clues on the shoes itself.

these are not hyperfuse, but i think, it doesnt matter...

what do you think? seller assured me, that these are 100% originals and he bought them in authorized shop in germany... im a little bit confused :/
