I do wonder if we take violence out of the equation how the life expectancies would change

Holy ****. Everything you said made no sense. You went full ******.
So you just want me to lie? I don't understand this, I brought up other developed countries to show that America does have problems but in the large scope of things I'll still outlive someone in Tanzania. We are so privileged that we literally complain about having good. GTHOOHWTBS.
You could argue that other countries being more homogenous than America may have something to do with them being ranked higher than US in many categories.....but even with that 33 aint terrible. Take out all the little black kids getting shot at 18 and we'd be top 10.
If we've been taking in all these toxins for such a long time, are we as Americans superior? We are super heroes of the eating world?
You know what else technically kills us and causes cancer.....oxygen.Mind blown
You know what else technically kills us and causes cancer.....oxygen.
3/4 serious.
You know what else technically kills us and causes cancer.....oxygen.
They're not ready for this truth though man
We also drink water which is composed of 2 parts hydrogen which was USED TO MAKE HYDROGEN BOMBS OMG
A lot of the oxygen we breathe in does get converted to free radicals that ages us, and when we don't have the mechanisms to combat these free radicals they can cause enough mutations that may lead to cancer.Oxygen =/= Oxidation.
Evidence shows that OXIDATION causes cancer due to its development of free radicals. Oxygen (O2) provides nutrition to cells that kill cancer cells.
Oxygen and Oxidation (broken up O2; ie "free radicals") are not the same.
No one said anything about being proud, but 33 in the large scope of things is not terrible. And the difference between the U.S. and a lot of other developed countries is that we are not a heterogenous population made up of many cultures, races, etc. This skews things a bit because we all know economic disparities AND health disparities exist between races. The fact that we are a rich country doesn't mean all that wealth gets distributed equally.I don't think we should be proud of being number 33 on that list. That's awful considering we are the richest country in the world.
I know they factor everything into life expectancy but that is still pretty bad.
