Official Air Jordan XX9 post! 1st two released 9/6/14! NO BUYING/SELLING/TRADING!

Does anyone have problems with that little clip that is toward the front of the shoes?  I pretty much cant wear these anymore because that clip digs into the side of my foot so bad and gives me terrible blisters.
 
Perfect execution on those PE's! Hope this will lead to a new wave of graphic colorways. 
 
who makes these decisions for jordan brand? "let's release a pack commemorating the unc/gtown 82 game but send most pairs to europe." or..."let's do the flagship xx9 in four black/red colorways but no photo reels or unc PEs which actually utilize the capability of the flyknit upper."
 
From my vantage, the Air Jordan XX9 has the same character, potential and versatility of the Chuck Taylor Converse All-Star. :nerd:

Love the on-foot shots of the team issued Tarheel XX9s, too.
 
Great performing shoe, wasted potential to extend the sales to the casual market.

They make only a 1,000 Photo Reels. They make Team PEs.

Instead, I have the opportunity to buy the horrible Easters. I didn't like the design the last time with the Breds.
 
Its just ridiculois its like they don't want EVEN MORE money. I really just don't get it, I keep hoping they are just waiting what for I don't know, but they can't keep spewing this subpar trash
 
They're not hurting since they can charge exorbitant amounts for their shoes and retros pay the bills. Who cares about establishing new legacies/stories with their quote on quote highest end basketball shoe.
 
I have rocked my photo reels, yes, blessed to have a pair, and balled in my pantone from GOF pack. Thinking about copping another pantone and taking a black dye marker to the white sections. Or just wait for blackout to drop more in price.

But am truly hurt that after the photo reel that they haven't dropped more like those NC pair. And a silver red Ohio state pair...my heart just skipped a beat. A full ncaa logo series would be insane!
 
The only bad part about the 29 for me is the plastic in the sole, should have been carbon fiber.

I can't even tell you how many people hit me up yesterday to tell me about these shoes. The funniest part about it is 90% of them aren't into shoes and know nothing about them. One of those is even the person that hipped me to them first! (Full disclosure, he was at the open practice at Staples rooting the team on, so he saw them before anyone else really). Point being that everyone seemed to love these. Local sports radio talked about them last night, Mike & Mike talked about them this morning, etc.
 
got my YOTG in the mail yesterday. a little underwhelmed. The upper probably would have worked better with a navy or black midsole and a white sole instead of translucent.

will probably return or sell for the low on here...sz 11
 
Those UNCs are so crazy. I'd honestly rather have the Photo Reels, only because I have no allegiance to the Tarheels, but they look even better than the PRs & the Ducks PE don't even compare imo.
