Post your observations from Week 7...

-Holding that Eagles offense and Nick Folds to 3 points? 3-0 in the division and 4-0 in the conference? Good day.

-Rex Ryan got those young boys playing out there on defense.

-I know it's nothing new but Peyton's arm strength was the worse I've seen it last night.

-Bears done for the season if Cutler is out.

-Cam.

-If you want to be taken seriously, you got to win those games at home Detroit.

-Does anybody see the Chiefs beating the Pats, Broncos or the Colts?

-Colts about to clinch that pathetic division by Week 11.

-When does flex scheduling start? Next two Sunday night games are horrible.

-Go Vikings.

Quotes of the Week
-Nonetheless, this team is a serious contender for at least one of the Wild Card spots. 10-6 looks VERY doable at this point.-Dolphins fan

With Champ back and Von, Ayers and Woodyard coming back this week Luck might be in for a ruder awakening than he had against the Chargers.

 I know most of us had Denver winning, but Buc Em can't catch a break with his predictions

My boys looked angry last night. Loved it. Hope Reggie will be okay though.

cowboys -

-sloppy win, but ill take it :nthat:
-our defense looked solid out there, but philly played real messy. next week we'll be put to the test against detroit
-its gonna be key to try & get these next 2 games before we play NO
-tough to see demarcus ware miss his first game
-randle did a nice job filling in for murray when we did run the ball

everyone else -

-foles looked awful... so did barkley
-marcus vick ranting on twitter
-big game for CJ... that catch over 3 bengals in the end zone was FILTHY :wow: :x :x nice 360 earlier in the game too on the dunk
-colts really did a number on peyton... they did a good job shutting down the run as well. luck with a great game
-nice tribute & standing O to start the game. cool to see appearances by marvin harrison & edgerrin james too
-a lot of big injuries to QB's yesterday
-nice closeout for the steelers... ravens really struggling lately
-hester with another return :smokin
-tough way for the pats to lose on that call
-geno fumbling that spike
-nice win for the 9ers... they're on a roll lately
-weeden :x :x good game by rodgers & the packer D

Skins:

-It was the best RG3 has looked (physically) all year. Hopefully he can keep it up.

-Special Teams, again :x

-D.Hall has been playing some of the best football of his career as of late. He's been nothing short of fantastic all season. Super tough assignment this weekend. Not sure who he'll match up with, but he's gonna have his hands full.

Rest of the league:

-Steve Smith

-I know it was a TD pass, but Andy Dalton put EVERYTHING he had in a throw that went about 45-50 yards that AJ green had to wait up for  Great game from him yesterday, doe.

-That Forte jump cut :x

-Bears offense didn't really miss a beat w/ McCown in there. Just sayin'. Cutler was stinking it up before he got hurt also.

Reactions: HIM
Eagles
- Foles played one of the worst games i've ever seen. He couldn't throw the ball in the ocean, SO many overthrows, underthrows, throws out of bounds and even holding on to the ball longer than Vick. Disgrace of a game
- Barkley was even worse but I can't even blame him
- props to the defense, they played as well as they could holding Dallas to only 17 is incredible

Everyone Else
- once again Andrew Luck and the Colts beat one of the leagues better teams. Aside from that god awful flop :smh: I can't say anything negative about their team. They bring it against top notch competition
- Brady kinda locked in to Gronk a bit too much IMO but I guess he felt he had no option, hate that lame penalty but i guess "it's the rule" :rolleyes
- Sam Bradford :x, they coulda had RG3.... GM gotta be regretting that decision every day
- What I would give to have a defense like the Chiefs, incredible job by their GM to harness all this talent. They are explosive when it comes to sacks. STILL have no faith in Alex Smith to score enough in the playoffs though
- like someone said above Lions gotta win games like that to be taken seriously
- The Bears are D-O-N-E
- I feel bad for Ryan Tannehill, that O-Line gives him NO chance every week

Rough day across the league as far as injuries go, get well soon Cush, Wayne, Hall, Bradford :x

Quote of the Week:

"I'd rather watch Matt Moore start. He's the reason we don't have Andrew Luck starting anyways." - Dolphins fan and Gold Street Capital Investor

The Chargers beat a team they were supposed to beat. :wow:
We won 2 games in a row :wow:
Has hell frozen over? I know it was just the jags, but it feels good. :pimp:

AJ vs. Megatron was an amazing battle to witness. Both of them are :x :pimp:
Dalton  If it wasn't for this clown AJ could of ate even more. Horrible throws...

Lacy :pimp:
Rodgers :pimp:
Dez :pimp:
Matt Barkley  3 Picks in one half...Welcome to the NFL
Julius Thomas is a MONSTER...but he cant block for ****.
Jordan Reed is INSANELY talented. :pimp: Goodbye Fred Davis
Forte almost won that game on his own...dude is eating out there.
Rex Ryan is not only saving his job...but its slowly working on getting a massive extension.

Reggie :frown: Felt bad for him. He's always been a hard working professional... hate to see him go down like that.

Texans
- just not our season, I just hope they don't end up at 8-8. That's almost the equivalent of being the 9th seed in the NBA. If you're going to suck, then suck.
- RT needs to be addressed
- Ed Reed, what a waste of money

NFL
- As far as the injury to Cush, there has to be a rule to protect free blitzing defensive players. If offensive players are protected, I don't see why defensive players can't be as well.
- Alex Smith just can't lead that team to a SB
- Rex deserves a lot of credit, I really thought the JETS would suck this year
- Indy now has wins against SF, SEA, and DEN. Well damn
- Don't know what was up with Peyton last night. And denver's defense really is bad, they just need to be average for Peyton

Also, does anyone else besides me feel like it's dumb as hell to honor a former player if they are STILL active in the league like the Colts did for Peyton? Why not just wait until retirement?

- Tom Brady oversailing throws and screaming at his receivers is becoming my favorite Sunday tradition. He's still a good QB, he's just not the same guy he once was, he's older it happens, I'm just tired of the media making every excuse and blaming it on his wideouts constantly.
- Julian Edelman...nothing "sneaky" about his athleticism, he's chopping dudes up out there every week.
- Hey Siri, What's the Dolphins record? That's why you don't crown a team after three weeks.
- Cam Newton balling but not a peep from the media....clockwork.
- As good as KC is and they are good...ain't nobody scared of them come January.
- Chicago hot start to result in flopping again...ain't no Lovie to blame either.
- Janoris Jenkins gonna be looking over his back every time he cross the street now.
- Greg Schiano is one of the biggest candy ***** the NFL has ever seen, hope Freeman ballsout tonight and tells him to go **** himself.
- Some really bad injuries this week, hope the best to all the guys that got hurt.

Also, does anyone else besides me feel like it's dumb as hell to honor a former player if they are STILL active in the league like the Colts did for Peyton? Why not just wait until retirement?

Nah, personally, I think Indianapolis handled that whole situation just about as well as they could. Peyton did so much for that city/franchise. And the fans never had a chance to say goodbye or thank you.

- Andy was short on 2 long balls that would've been TDs to AJ.
mean.gif
He made some great intermediate passes, but it sucks watching guys like Luck and Stafford flick the ball 60 yards downfield in comparison to Andy.

- Glad we only see Megatron once every 4 years.

- Cam
pimp.gif

- Can Carson Palmer retire, now?

-Those GB jerseys are hideous every time they wear them.

Texans
- Konservative Kubiak killed Case Keenum's potential win in key situations, most notably towards the end of the 2nd quarter.
- Felt good having a QB who could move when he had to and fire the ball downfield, without the WRs having to wait 3-4 seconds for the ball to get to him.
- Derek Newton is an awful RT, and a big reason the Chiefs were able to pressure Keenum late in the game.
- Shiloh Keo >>> Ed Reed in 2013.
- Those 3rd down conversions given up stink. Have plagued the Texans since the later half of last season.
- Cushing down for the year again on the same leg. Thank you Jamal Charles, and thank you refs, who practically shrugged their shoulders, and as a collective threw unwarranted flags throughout every game.

Seahawks
- Russell Wilson is awesome, as is Marshawn Lynch
- Sydney Rice decided to show why he was given that contract
- Defense played great, but still played like they rather hit people more than actually cover
- Browner & Thomas though :pimp:

Will post about the other teams later

- my pats....get it the **** together. can't lose a game like that. cannot happen. and the game should have never gotten to a point where that rule can sway the outcome
- denver on the road does not look so formidable. at KC and at NE will be interesting games
- the jet front 7...serious business
- peyton's wobbly duck floaters continue to amaze me...how they hell do they get through? especially after mathis got him...balls had no zing coming out. arm strength looking like beginning of last year
- wes ******g welker...i miss you bro :frown:

Read that since week 2 when rivera was on the hot seat he's been the most aggresive coach going for it on 4th down. And being conservative was one of his biggest criticisms. The coach adapting is dope. Majority of coaches never change to a fault.

Finally getting a chance to see cam. Thank you primetime scheduling. 2 of next 4 opponents are vs pats and 9ers. Real eager to see how they do.

Bramwell "thank you for not coaching" great sports article :pimp:. Mad I came across it late.

4 in a row... :pimp:
Defense played well, few mistakes in the 4th but I'll take it.
Boldin is an animal.

Jets with the upset, Geno balled. That rule is ****** ******ed tho
Foles
Chiefs just get it done. Lets see them against Denver tho
Last year the Colts benefitted from a "weak schedule" this year they've knocked off 3 SB contenders thus far...
