As for the 2-series coupe, I like the styling, but I was never a fan of small cars.  I may change my mind if I see it in person, but I think the 3 and 5-series are perfect.  The 6 is pushing it and the 7 is just awkward.  Don't even get me started on their odd/even sedan/coupe thing

just read an article recently about how the 1m originally sold for around $45k and has recently been selling on the used market for up to $70k. people love that car and they didn't make that many of them.
 
Curious to see what an M2 would cost. I was dancing with the idea of copping a 135i lately.
 
I saw M1 on the street not too long ago. Looks like the world's most epic go kart.

If you see a M1 in person and don't wanna drive it, you have no soul(or don't care about driving).
 
Damn, only 740 M1's in the US? That's such a low #... my mind can't even comprehend.

I wouldn't mind a 235i at all as a replacement for my current E92. Even better if it were to come in diesel :pimp:
 
I want to drive it but don't want to be seen in it. :lol: It just doesn't look that good to me, this new one is looking real good though.

Didn't know it was that limited. Never seen one in person but from the specs and youtube video's I've seen this thing can get pretty nasty when modded.
 
^My local dealership only had 1 & that was sold well before it touched U.S. soil...

@ dudes thinking 1 series (2 also) are for broke dudes trynna push the logo.....That would be the dudes coppin the 328i with the fake leather and non-xenon lights. The 1 with Dat dere 50-50 balance + da torque + da weight of da car = Driving Bliss.

An argument can be made for both scenarios.

Essentially, if someone is purchasing a BMW but stripping it of what it's known for (luxury, handling, driving experience, etc), then you can say they're purchasing it for the brand and nothing else really.

An argument can be made for both scenarios.

Most of the BMWs sold and on the road are the lower end models like 128s and 328s. They make a lot of money off of badge flossers.

Making a hideous car with a non-bespoke M engine limited does not make it a future classic. There is nothing classic about that hideous excuse for an M car.

Pretty much, maybe slightly lower with stiffer suspension but pretty much just a body kit at this point.
