2009 - Mitchell's restaurant is closed and Mitchell was named in a suit for failure to make payments on the business.
2009 - Mitchell was pulled over for speeding in suburban Philadelphia. Due to an outstanding warrant for failure to pay child support, he was arrested on charges of being a fugitive from justice
2012 - Mitchell is arraigned on federal tax fraud charges and is jailed from a warrant for his arrest in Indiana for failure to pay child support
2013 - Mitchell pleads guilty to taking part in tax fraud charges



Sounds like Mitchell committed tax fraud because he's broke, not because he's experiencing head injuries
