The pitcher that threw the walkoff HR?

The kicker that missed the game winning FG?

Which one you think is the most awkward and painful place to be in.
 
Kicker.

When a pitcher gives up a walk-off, the focus is usually on the guy who hit the homerun. When a kicker misses a gamewinner, then all eyes are on him and the what if's center around that one FG attempt and the guy who missed it.
 
No doubt it's a kicker. Your teammates already don't look as you as a football player and then if you miss a GW kick you might as well be an alien.

The kicker for sure. You've got one job and one job only. Your teammates don't even really look at you like an equal. It's like you're a civilian they let on the field to do one thing. Aside from a few legendary kickers like Vinaterri most kickers aren't much more revered than the team mascot. In fact, I've been thinking recently that things such as scoring records should not even count for kickers. The top 5 in points scored are all kickers and it's mostly chip shots and PAT's lol smh.
