Great To See A Few Of Us Going To The Game! :pimp:

Taking My Cousin Who Just Moved Down From Jersey, I Usually Hit About 15-20 Games A Year

Hopefully We Can All Link Up For One Of Them For A Few Brews.

Ready To See How They Going To Come Out Tonight! :pimp: :pimp:

I hope we make noise this year

Staying healthy is key

I will be going Friday

Tix are as low as $11 on stubhub

Lets go!!

Wall/Beal/Ariza/Booker/Nene are the starters,

Let's see how Ariza does in the starting lineup, it may not be a terrible move.

If Ariza keeps playing like this we have to keep him in the starting lineup.

This is exactly what we need from him on offense

True indeed, the problem with Ariza has always been his consistency. He had some great moments/spurts with Orlando and the Lakers as well as some solid games as a Wizard. He is just prone to disappearing at times for no reason in particular.

I hope this is a trend that continues for him though.

Wizards need to limit the easy buckets for Drummond. These are the games the Wiz need to W in order to be taken seriously.

These ****** look TERRIBLE.

Front court is BEYOND awful defensively.

Why is Booker playing? Wasn't the whole purpose of acquiring Gortat so we could have a bigger frontcourt?

We're getting murdered by the biggest frontcourt in the league because Wittman is giving minutes to a 6'5 PF

Probably just because Gortat needs more time to learn the offense, but still they're getting killed inside.

Not overly concerned....Wall / Beal will be better and I'd like to think that Webster will take more than one shot going forward.

Team has to be better on defense. Both on the perimeter and in the paint.

I'll tell u what tho...Pistons will have one of the best front courts in the NBA. They were dominant tonight.

Welp, let's get the win at home vs. the 76ers. Gonna be curious to see if MCW can keep the momentum going. Dude was on fire tonight.

I watched that whole game and still wouldn't have guessed Wall put up 20 & 10+  :smh:
Wall was awful in the first half, but he looked like a star player in the second half. He started playing aggressively and was literally unstoppable getting into the paint, you could tell the Pistons didn't know what to do with him. Plus was making a lot of nice passes off the p&r + drive and dish. I thought he should have had 15+ assists if guys could finish. If John could just maintain that level of play more consistently he would be a top 3-4 PG, I'm getting tired of dude teasing us :smh:

I agree DoubleJs, I'm not that worried. Wall might have some more stinkers here and there, but Beal isn't going to shoot that poorly very often. A lot of his jumpers were just rimming out.

We need defensive bigs bad, drummond/monroe were Eating
Detroit has probably the best frontcourt in the league. They're gonna be eating all season against everybody. Nene was playing soft as hell for some reason but still, I think we'll be fine against most frontcourts in the league.

It seemed like Gortat was kind of confused at times, but even at that he had 9 and 9 in just 17min of play. Once he knows what he's doing and starts playing consistently with Nene, we will have a pretty stout frontcourt on both ends (until Nene gets injured :rolleyes )

Your right i overreacted they were gonna kill us regardless the size/strength they have isnt matched by many frontcourts in the NBA and since our bigs arent great rebounders we were bound to get murdered
