I honestly won't have hit her...after the kick in the balls which didn't seem to connect i would have gave a verbal warning "you touch me again and i will hit you"...then when she swung agian.....

How is hitting women when they deserve it dissing them?
If a guy put hands on you and you defend yourself its seen as business as usual. If a woman puts hands on you and you defend yourself your vilified and seen as dissing women. Why is that though.
I think your indirectly dissing women by treating them like children and insulting their intelligence. Children don't know right from wrong. A grown woman does.

Why would you put hands on a male in a certian situation but not a female when both are mentally capable of knowing right from wrong. When someone gives them a pass for their reckless behavior its only being an enabler and gives them this false perception that their untouchable.

This is true, but at the end of the day--Women will always get the pass. If she presses charges, the dude will get into a LOT of trouble.
Best situation to do is to just walk away, hope someone took a video of it and then press charges for battery assault.

it may be. however the same thought process doesn't exist and the same level of sympathy isn't shown when a frail dude picks a fight with someone way bigger then him and proceeds to get beat up.
the mental aspect plays a role because they know right from wrong. they feel however that due to society frowning upon a man hitting them that they get a pass to act reckless.
i wouldn't pick a fight with a big buff dude way bigger then me because i know what he could physically do to me. it should work the same for women.
regardless of who you are, male or female, don't put your hands on others for petty trivial reasons and there's no problems.

true, sad thing is, i've read about incidents where the man tried to press charges or call the police and the cops either took it as a joke and did nothing. but reverse the roles and its the end of the world and he's in a world of trouble.
i would like to see some of these females in these situations be made example of by the legal system when they put hands on males just so that there's some type of real life reprecussions for them.

Your mother comes from a time and place where women behaved as women. There is a different breed of female now, and they think the rules don't apply to them.
She did, and I'm not even mad at dude. The window breaking just made it seem worse than what it really was.

You have to ask yourself is it worth getting into trouble and messing up your life over someone who disrespected you? So much so that your actions for retaliation still gives them the upper-hand? It really takes a certain level of patience and maturity to do this, I know.
That's a crappy situation to be in. At least the dude should've grabbed the girl and shaken the **** out of her.
