Tampa, they've been close to winning a lot of games. Glennon is getting better as the season progresses.
The Buccaneers should actually be a lot better than their record, they have talent on both sides of the ball. That just exemplifies how terrible of a job Schiano is doing.

A top 5 draft pick, a new coach the players don't hate, and a last place schedule. I think they'll have a solid bounce back season next year.
The jags on the other hand are hopeless.
If they don't beat Arizona or buffalo at home 0-16 is a legit possibility for them. They've lost every game they've played this season by a pretty huge margin. Its not like they've even been making things interesting.

I think Tampa will win a couple, they should already have a couple wins. Jacksonville is one of the worst NFL teams I've seen since Cleveland of my early childhood and the lions of a couple seasons ago
