I like the new M4 but it still feels like an old design rehashed, the RC F is different so I have a bit more interest in it.

At this point, we aren't even really sure if it's suppose to be a competitor to each other. It would be awesome if this was a 2series competitor instead though very, very unlikely.

The RC-F is definitely a M4 competitor.

The size of it, the engine, and I'm sure the pricing will be close.

But they also said it isn't exactly a coupe version of the IS though and I think I may have read somewhere that an IS Coupe is still in the books to drop down the line. We might be seeing a 6-series competitor instead but in a shorter base?

I mean at this point I am not sure anymore, so many grey areas between classes. I mean 4Series is the 3Series Coupe but then they are making a 4Series Gran Coupe which is a 4-door Coupe. Benz has a CLA then a sedan and coupe for the C-Class. Not really sure what the CLA is going against since it is a FWD and more expensive than the 1-Series sedan but it's also considered a 4-door coupe as well?

The F-Sport really sold me even more on these, I know I am one of the few who actually likes that gigantic, aggressive grill and the F-Sport grill just pushes it even further to the top for me, really liking it.

If I do decide to get this car, that red leather seat and trim is a must!

Some on the CL forums has claimed they've seen the price sheet and the RC350 is supposed to start at ~$42k-$45k iirc then again they also claimed the RCF is suppose to start at ~$70k-$75k, which is a bit off since the M4 starts about $10k below that.

So right now I'd take any price reports with a grain of salt until Lexus formally announces it themselves.
