Whoa what's going on at walmart.com?!! 90% off items

I was able to check my order status right now. I placed my order at 3:32 pacific time. It has not been cancelled and it says 2 out of the 3 items have shipped :wow:

HP ProDisplay 21.5" LED-Backlit Monitor (P221 Black) shipped

ASUS 21.5" Widescreen LCD Monitor, Black (VE228H) shipped

Battlefield 4 (Xbox 360) processing

total of $53 including the shipping, probably $35 ish if battlefield 4 is cancelled

I wonder if I should have pulled the trigger on some of those TV deals but I don't really need one at the moment. It could have led to the whole order being cancelled as well.

Were there any cheap laptop, tablet, desktop pc deals as well? I did not really check for those.

Hopefully walmart doesn't pull a Nike at the last minute...

Explain

I dont think dude is hating just saying no need to be frivolous about buying something you dont need just because its cheap... but knowing me im complete opposite i cant deny a good deal and become more of an impulse buyer when that happens

That's a long winded response and it's not that serious.

A brand new / still recent $900 TV for $350 is a great deal and it isn't purchasing something just to purchase it.

Am I missing the reality check here? Unless you are flipping items or giving them away as gifts for the holiday season, you are still spending money out of pocket... Congrats, you still spent $330 bucks on something you may have just impulsively bought and didn't really need.

This reminds me of those lightning deals at amazon. 10,000 USB keyboards went on sale for 50% off their original price of $40.. Congrats you spent $20 bucks on a item that didn't need replacing. They sold out within minutes.

This is all one big test by Walmart to see how far consumers will go... 10 lego sets is still $100 out of your pocket. Congrats, you bought your friends and families kids a gift they really didn't need.

I agree completely. I mean if a person was planning to buy a new tv anyway then I could see it as a deal but buying stuff just cause it's on sale is :x
My mom used to by stuff just cause it's on sale and now she has a bunch of stuff she never uses :smh:
But maybe I'm biased cause I'm the type of person that would rather have the 300 dollars than a new tv

Even though I need a new TV for my new apt as I currently only have a 22" in my room, I could choose to keep or flip the 3 TVs I got.

Unless reselling is "immoral or unethical" (even though I could probably sell off the TV for less than anybody else is selling for, therefore I am happy and the buyer is also happy) You can keep your ethics, I have a few extra hundreds in my pocket to put towards presents this Christmas and make my family happy.

Man wanting to upgrade my 32" lcd in my room for a new led when ps4 drops. A bigger upgrade from the 52" in the living room wouldve been nive also smh

What are you talking about?

If you don't want or need the TV, you can do this thing called selling it. For which you could make a profit on it. There's this holiday called Christmas coming up.
How many people have a bunch of 55" LED Smart TV's in their house/apartment?

We're on Nike Talk, right? You're here for sneakers? Do you buy only sneakers you NEED?

I don't see how some of you can see certain situations and come in like Debbie Downer trying to throw shade with your own black cloud.
