Thanks OP.. I went to the Macys downtown Brooklyn last night with a 100 dollars in GCs and brought a Polo shirt that was 185 plus tax.. Got the 25 percent off plus the 100 in GCs and paid 50 outta pocket... Feels good man.. thanks... The employees were asking me how to do it because they wanted in..

Lol that downtown one is always filled with Rachets, would had been the first place I went to if I even gotten one code smh
 
Ya'll think it's worth trying to use these in store? I live in the middle of bumble **** so it's not a high traffic Macy's

doesnt hurt to try, people are still getting it to work as of right now so yea

if its middle of nowhere then you have better luck than most i would assume lol
 
i ordered some sum stuff online ...if i return it in the store will they give me a real gift card or just credit the money back to the E-gift card?
 
no they won't...i ordered yesterday morning one of my orders is in transit and the other is shipping on the 11th....i think if they cancel it they tell you right away ..i think as long as you have a decent remaining balance they won't cancel it...i just didnt want to keep ordering stuff if they were just going to credit the money back to the E-gift card when i returned it.....so you're sure they'll give me a real gift card?
 
Just went in store and had dude put in 30 codes for 300 dollars :lol:
Slid him a tip though for his troubles...gift cards are still active if you got the code already just be weary because some employees might know and won't allow you to use them...I would just try my luck at another macys if so though

100% sure they will give you a real gift card

I order a bottle of cologne that was $51. After taxes and giftcards I had to pay $4.06. I got cancelled within 5 minutes.

Tried again. Got cancelled. The leaving a remaining balance thing doesn't work anymore. They just simply are not taking these giftcards. 
 
Still at Macy's.

Seems like they had a meeting earlier today because when you tell them you have an "egiftcard" they automatically respond only one per customer.
$40 down, $40 to go.

buy a bunch of $10 items? and return them

im not big on getting $100 and going through that but seen on slick deals people are doing that no problem. they cant deny you honestly. you are only using one per purchase.

then they just return them all and get a gift card
 
Unfortunately when I tried to do a multiple return they said no physical cards will be given back. Instead the. Electronic gift card will be reloaded with it's original $10. :frown:
 
Tried to take my nutribullet to Target and Walmart to get store credit and they shut me down lol. I decided I'll just keep it because it blends way better than the Ninja blender I already have. My Macy's is terrible so there wasn't really anything else I wanted.
