Christmas/ End of year bonuses.

i dont know yet because im at a new job. but my coworkers said there is a christmas bonus. my old job shut down for 3-4 days and we all went on a snowboarding trip where we all got season passes an got to bring a friend.

they cant lower your hourly rate in the future but they can easily lower a bonus and claim the year wasnt as good

also, it's possible that the extra $$ you get from the raise can be more than the bonus but that depends on the situation

I never of people getting a percentage of what they make. thats crazy if youre making 6figures

Same here…. not to mention I've been getting stuck so they are going to tax my checks to hell and back, forgot to change my dependents (shrugs)
 
40 hours PTO

payed out after taxes its some good pocket

change and the last check of the year they dont

take out health insurance because the company

stayed under budget without any claims
 
I'll find out next week. This is my first x-mas with the company i work for.
 
I give the guys $300-$500 cash bonus for the Holidays (9 Employees) + 1 week paid vacation.

Boss gave everyone a holiday bonus except me. Probably cause I only worked there for 6 months, or probably not.

Anywho I'll be on the hunt for a new job.

i was temping at an old job for a couple months and even then they gave me a ipod shuffle


wasnt expecting much this year, but got a little something...

I'm a restaurant manager , my last two quarterly bonuses have only been 225 & 315 since moving to PG County MD.
When I was in Bergen County, NJ, I was getting 2500-3000 a quarter :x >:
Not to mention taxes eats up 31% of the bonus :SMH
 
We'll be getting our end of the year bonuses in Feb
