Ever since the prelude cats trying to sell OG kobes for way over retail. Like the 1s for 300+ (I even seen one trying to sell for 500), the 2s for 250+, 3s for around 200 lol

Tmobile,ATT, Verizon will not accept nikes as payment neither will the local grocery store. Do you understand that the dollar is mightier than the swoosh?

Heres a thought instead of paying 500+ for a prelude why not buy the same shoe and have it custom made and get a 1 of 1 instead 1 of 3-4000. Im sure every model from prelude pack can be had for a few hundred dollars or less. Then spend the rest on making ur own prelude custom.

I have no clue what companies are good for customs. Im sure a 5 min google search or social media will put you in the right direction. Most of the sites you can see there work and you can decide what "good" is its your money. I believe they offer some sort of customer satisfaction guarantee but I could be wrong. 
 
just made a deal and paid for a pair of prelude III's for $300 shipped. A little more than I initially wanted to spend but I finally found it in my size for under $330 which i thought was the average going rate.

I honestly had this money saved for the V's, but the sellers aren't responding. I've had money saved for the V's ever since the prelude pack started, still can't find them for decent price and my size. Now here i am with almost 5 pairs of preludes (3, 4, 6, 7, 8) and still no V's.

how much you wanted em for, retail? :lol: that's a steal, nice pick up on the 3s, I really like how they look on feet and are a very nice detailed shoe

Where the hell are you finding prices like that? I think you're close to my size too if I recall. Salty...
 
I'm a size 8.5. I've been searching craigslist, kixify, other shoe forums, buy and sell groups, friends of friends, word of mouth, and finally ebay.

7's i found on ebay and messaged the seller privately and turns out he was local, met up with the seller in 30 minutes for $280

8's won them from HoH raffle

4's the seller that i bought the 7's from, had a friend selling them. They're all in a reseller group. So i got his number and texted him, he wanted $400 and i countered with $350 and he said deal. 

6's craiglist. Original asking price was $400, and threw my best offer of $340 pickup same day. So i drove from Brooklyn to New Jersey for them.

3's i found on ebay for $380 and i messaged the seller about direct invoice paypal and was surprised he took the offer for $300.

i think everyone on here would love to pay retail for any of the preludes, or any shoe for that matter. I initially wanted to spend under $300, and i think it can be done with these 3's because they are underrated. I remember a while back, i posted that i found prelude 3's for $290 but they were half a size smaller than i normally wear, and to add to the fact i already size up on kobes, i passed on them. Like i said earlier, i heard they fit small, heard they fit big, heard they fit TTS. I passed anyway and decided not to take the gamble like i did with the 7's, and will just wait till a good deal came along for my 8.5

The 3's are among my top 3 favorite of the entire pack (5>3>7) and i've seen some on feet pics and i just can't wait to have them on my feet. Might be the first prelude I un-DS when weather gets better here in NYC.
 
Bought the prelude 8s off a fellow NTer for 360 only to see a local listing for 325... Smh dollar saved is a dollar earned lol

Seriously.... Just because you look for the best price doesn't make you cheap, it means your smart with your money.

Just did this lace swap. I was going to keep the original black laces on it anyway, but decided I'd use the 3m laces from my prelude 7's.

btw anybody know where i can get some volt laces similar to the kobe 8's? i remember a while back, some member posted an ebay seller that sold laces similar to the laces from kobe 8's.
