I hope everyone thats been talking about Adidas and Y3 know that Y3 is a specific line for Adidas by designer Yohji Yamamoto. Kanye would not be taking over the Y3 line, so I would stop reaching with that.

People saying Nike will lose money if Kanye walks um how? He's "made" 1 shoe in 2 versions and 6 color ways. None of them had an extended accessory line like any other release (shirts, shorts, hats etc), they are producing somewhat limited amounts of said shoes unlike retro Js. It's easy to sell out a shoe you only made in 3-5k units worldwide. All you need to do to any shoe is add QS/Hyperstrike etc and it will sell out regardless of price ie Forging Iron lebron XI. So letting him walk to another company to deal with his divaness might be something Nike values more than making a few more models with him.

This matches up with a lot of rumors. I've heard from a few different people that Nike has pushed back the date more than once. And that they will also release these "differently" .

Which is why, since the beginning, I've had the feeling this release would be similar to a DB release. Mostly in NT employee hands, that way they can cut down on back door sales. AND if someone does pull a "Fernando" it's easier to narrow in on the suspect.
