2015 Mercedes Benz C-Class * S-Inspired - Coupe Pics *C63 Officially Released*

I mean it's all opinion really so I don't take any offense. Looks are subjective too and I do love this S-Class baby. I love the CLA too, if you go to that thread that is evident, I just didn't like how it drove and that it's FWD.

To me, the specs just doesn't stand out. It's just too similar to the 328i and the ****** on the Benz isn't the greatest either (same case with the CLA).

One thing is for sure though, the C-Class interior is miles better than the 3-series, was never really a fan of it. Wasn't a big fan of the F30 look too, the headlight connecting tot he kidneys took a while for me to like or get accustomed to.
Yeah the specs are very similar. The 328i shifts very quick. However its an outsourced transmission which alot of cars share. I think its the ZF8speed automatic.

Mercedes builds everything inhouse which may or may not be a good thing. But both of these cars using a 2.0L Turbo is pretty insane, knowing years ago they were both using 3.0L 6 cylinders as the base engine..

Agreed on the 3 series interior, its ugly. I also hate the giant straight line across the hood where the bumper and hood meet. Uggglyyyy.

I love my car. It gets attention from all spectrums of people. I do a lot of driving like 20k a year and for me I want features because I am in the car. I've priced this C out and it will be 60 with everything I want included except maintenance. Mercedes got me with over charging for the maintenance because I listened to everyone say oh the bills are high. They really aren't. So I'm excited and like someone pointed out my dealer is begging me to sell my car to them because they can't get any more lol

I looked at the Mercedes and will look at this car eventually but at the end of last year copped a Q50. I would rather have the 330 and a little larger car. I do think for the money the G37 was the best car I ever owned. The 2014 edition of the G37 is now the Q40 and they have really nice lease deals like $199 a month on the car. Worth every penny for those comparing a CLA , IS or 320i .

50K for a CLA is robbery. I can get a loaded E350 for that price in late December easily

Yeah a 2014 costs 51 starting out. And thats standard. Add in what i have like preminum package, multimedia, lighting, drivers asst, ash wood trim, rims, paint and maintenance it comes to 63k. Maybe you're saying used then it makes sense for YOU. I don't like the look of the E or last year's C. I can afford a CLS but it makes no sense when I can get most of the same features for half the price. I haven't purchased a used car since 2005 and nor do I plan on it. No time soon. Now I hate to sound like a **** but stop saying what you could get with 50k go and buy something worth 50k say hey I got this for YOUR SELF instead and then we can talk. Until you're just comparing apples to nothing. Hope I didn't come off pretentious I just don't like cats telling me what they've could've done with my money lol

My homeboy has a q 50 and those 2 screens are tough! I also like the way your LED lights are in the circle.

I mean if you think its worth it, thats all that matters but how did you get the CLA all the way to $50k?

My friend bought a brand new C300 a few months ago, it was pretty well equipped and he was out at $50k+ OTD.

I like my boy's C class interior a lot (except the stupid door lock is in the way if you wanna rest your arm on top of the door, it is exceptionally annoying), but there is no way it is touching the 3-series interior.

It was 40300 after taxes, a warranty, and their prepaid maintenance it came out to that price. I just rolled all of that into the loan. Most see that 29,900 and think that's going to be the price of the car but like your friend will know with merc and most luxury brands their is a premium charge for options and equipment. Has your friend seen this new one? I'm kicking myself and I purchased my car almost a year ago I know he gotta be tight the new model is rolling out in a month. I'm gonna sell my cla back to my dealer who is going to give me 38k I've lost about 4k but I'll roll that into the new loan too lol

No hate but in over a year you've only paid 2k of the loan? Something isn't adding up. Unless you took out a 30 year loan lmao.

Nah so far I've hit roughly 6700 off already. By September I'm hoping to be at 9k but reality I may only be at 8 something.

This is common knowledge to anyone that knows a little something about cars.

He didnt like the new one. Hes giving you $38k? Hard to believe but thats great if its true. How much is their warranty and prepaid maintenance? Sounds like rape bruh. No way should a CLA be $50k, period.

doesnt seem that far fetched......brand spanking new with options, add in other fees, warranty etc

cars aint cheap, ppl pay 30k+ for camry, accord, altima too these days think about it

brand new car, options an fees, taxes, warranty........adds up

I financed the car for 5 years so I got the 10 year warranty and 5 year ppm. The warranty was 3500 and the PPM was 2200 my taxes was like 3725 around there I need my pink slip to see. I rolled that into the loan instead of paying out of pocket as my I/r isnt that high 3.8% with usaa. I do feel i got raped on the PPM because It was for 5 years 50k miles and Ive already put 16k up there so I am almost 2/5th of my maintenance and its almost a year in oct. Also, like I said this car is sold out at a lot of dealers. They cannot get a car to save thier life they are on back order because they keep selling out. My dealer is begging me to buy this car because she said she can easily flip it and they are willing to give me 38k although i still will owe 42k when I trade it in for the new C. I will roll that 4 into that loan as well lol. I have alreay built and ordered the car on the phone and she will send me my order sheet I will upload it up here. it came out to 53k. I am not doing PPM and I dont know yet about the warranty but it should be about 59k/60k with everything like taxes, ttitle ect and even the rolled in debt from my car now. Again, like I said this is something I want to do and feel is for me its not for everyone I am not a BMW fan and there are two cars I would get but there are reasons I dont want to. those 2 are the Audi a5 which is amazingly beautiful imo, but I cannot get down with 2 doors. my very first car a 2003 acura Cl was 2 doors and was a pain when I was with family and friends and the other is a Kia k-900. The only reason I wont buy this car is because they havent had their feet wet in luxury yet. I have yet to even see one but from what ive seen in reviews they compared it to the LS 460 and in some cases it beat the 460. So what floats everyone elses boat does not float mines. My car has done exactly what I expected it to do and then some, so it was worth every dollar so far.

But these are cars that will be well-equipped, more reliable in the long run, and also hold their value a little bit better than a CLA would, IMO.

No **** smart guy.

I'm just mentioning how even though cars and the options aren't cheap, those 30K+ Camry's, Accords, etc. are a better value period IMO than paying 50K for a CLA.

Good try though.

what makes them a better value in your opinion if I may ask?

We were discussing how his CLA turned out to be $50k. No one said you coudve copped an Accord for half the price with as much features. Your post had nothing to do with the discussion. Now you wanna act like a smart*** for leaving a left field comment?

You just started a whole other discussion.
