Some of my underrated flicks:

Besides the ridiculous one liners, the Directors Cut really fleshed out the movie.

I like most of David Mamet's films. Some people are not fans of his dialogues, but I think they're great.
 
Going by Rotten Tomatoes low ratings I will have to say Super Troopers, Grandma's Boy, and The Butterfly Effect

Just off the top, was going to mention Belly also. So many lil nuances to that movie that people just didn't pick up on.
My favorite Belly scene has gotta be when Nas lives out the "one love" project bench verse.

Another one for me is Boogie Nights, Wes Anderson's character illustration is top notch.
