Concord and spacejam legit checks please

good i finally found a legit pair. he claims they were worn twice, i think i got a pretty good deal on them or would you say $270 is too much?

So lemme get this straight...dude was claiming that the Concord's you were looking at with the puffy collars, widow's peeks, and ZERO yellowing was claiming that he got his pair at Foot Action? He has a receipt? Dude is trying too hard.

Correct he said he got them at footaction. I asked where is the store tag and this was his reply to me.

I dont see this seller selling any 11s....did you buy them, then refuse to pay based on what you learned in this thread? And they haven't been relisted yet? Where are the Concords he's trying to sell

yes you are correct, i was the high bidder for days but people kept outbiding me and then i would get a message saying that there has been a bid cancelation and i am the high bidder again. when there were 3 cancelations and me the high bidder again i started to wonder what was going on but i kind of figured he might have had some friends try to bid for him to raise the price. i will admit i was a bad buyer on this deal but i do have 2254 feedback, 100% positive  and im a top rated seller and power seller i know it doesnt matter but i always pay for everything i buy. anyways after receiving 2 gm pairs lately i decided to do a legit check before i had a 3rd gm pair to deal with, also if you read his listing you will see why i was suspicious. but honestly i did think the shoes were legit until people started replying to the lc. well not paying for these and winning the auction may have saved someone else $326.45 shipped on a gm pair and if he relists them i will report them. i sell $15k-$20k a month on ebay and i never bother a customer who hasnt paid for an item until it gets to about day 5 or 6. this seller emailed me in less than 24 hours trying to confirm that im going to pay for them and i just ignored it. well here is our conversation......

i normally pay for my items right away but i was suspicious why these kept getting canceled bids which i got notifications from ebay stating i was the high bidder because someone canceled there bid. so i posted your pics on niketalk for a legit check and everyone confirmed that these are a gray market shoe which means they are not a authorized nike release and they were made after nike released them and made from the same materials but made very cheap and low quality. im sure you know that they are gray market and i wish you would have been honest about it because i did want them. the soles on these shoes should have a very bold yellow around the pods and not the very faint yellow that i think i see. also the collars above the ankles are puffy and the 23 on the back is stretched out and one is not even straight. i do wish these were authentic nike releases but they are not. i am sorry if someone led you to believe they are real and you are just trying to get your money back. i would like to say i kept this message very professional and was not rude in any way. i did talk to ebay for about 30 mins tonight discussing this with them and they told me to contact you and let you know i want to cancel the transaction so you can get your fees back. thanks in advance

I am glad you posted pictures and every other thing that you did. I will talk to eBay and send them a copy of the receipt from foot action. The reason the bids kept getting canceled was because I kept canceling them because all those bids came from people with 0 feedback and don't pay and they only keep making the price go up. I appreciate that you got ahold of me before doing what you had to do.

Please do your research. Foot action just recently started putting stickers on their boxes. Champ's and Foot Locker started that.

The space jams look fine to me, I paid 275 for mine and thought it was a great price, seller said ge worn it a couple of times, when I got them they were in almost deadstock condition except for some sock lint
