Meh, don't live there and im damn near 30 so I don't care. BUT I am a smoker and I don't mind the anti smoking laws/rules around places I go. There is always an "outside" somewhere.
True most smokers start before 18...but I was different...didn't start smoking until I was 20 years old working at a gas station

Haha, I wonder if they thought about that one yet? I bet they'll be handing out fines left and right in 6 months.
All in all this won't do anything the deter teens from smoking. They'll just get them some other way.
