It's toned down because a lot of us that have been around since then have gotten older. Our sense of humors have undoubtedly changed. Back then a lot of us found humor in the PYP roasts, but now adays you have new comers that think a roast is disrespect and will hit the report button.

I remember the air her out thread in either 06 or 07. Dudes straight ethered broads. **** was classic :lol:

These days you got folks that wouldn't even try to make a thread like that because there's guaranteed to be one cornball that finds the broad and links her to the thread. :smh:

I'm just glad I was a part of nt back then. Those laughs were magical. :lol:

One of the dumbest and funniest things that NT has ever argued about.

With that said, present-day NT tops the dumbest part of arguing on the daily basis and is lacking the funny.



Back in the day we didn't have to block users or beg them to leave. We handed out the laughs and had to beg people to stick around for more. :lol:



Nowadays everyone gets emotional over the slightest opinion... and then Kspar will appear as a lurker, post a gif or two and then all of a sudden we have TOTY mentions all over the place. No shot at kspar, that's just the redundancy of what present day NT has become.


I think we need a 2013 recap of NT general or something. Maybe I just miss out on all of it. :nerd:
 
There haven't been too many stand out threads this year. Only one I can think out is the exposure of Gold Street Capital.

But then again, K Spar made a gif in that one as well which was pretty funny. ;lol
