Post your observations from Week 12...

-I've never seen a team and a fanbase talk so much after 4 straight weeks of winning against 2nd & 3rd string QBs. That's what happens when you play a real QB. Enjoy your off-season.

-Jerry Rice wouldn't have dropped that pass yesterday.

-The benchmark with a pathetic game but no words will be spoken. Good "luck" might be running out.

-I've never seen a team that's going to suffer more from having home field than the Broncos.

-Matthew Stafford is back.

-Good chance Steelers make the playoffs.

-Chiefs losing is no surprise to anybody. How they lost is another story.

-Cam with a bad day but got the drive done when needed.

-I don't even think the Texans players know the last time they won a game.

-Who do Giants fans fairweather for now?

-NFC North didn't win a game yesterday even though 2 teams played each other.

Quotes Of The Week
-It’s going to be a fight, it’s going to be a dog fight, there’s going to be a lot of blood spilled out there. -A clown who didn't record a single stat yesterday
-Man, I can't believe there are still so called "Giants fans" who don't believe we can win the division or make the playoffs... The crazy thing is, our slow start and strong finish will echo around the league. We'll be the first team to start 0-6 and make the playoffs-Giants fan
-No doubt, the cornerback said. We’re going to win this game.-No name Giants player.
-"Ditka said we couldn't cover Cruz.. Oh, really, Mike Ditka? The guy who traded his entire draft for a running back? That Mike Ditka. Cruz had 1 catch on me that he fumbled, and it was returned for a touchdown."-Orlando Scandrick
-I think we lose @ New York but that's it for the rest of the season.-Lions fan last week
-I didnt feel good about this and I'm not shocked that they lost.-Same Lions fan after yesterday's game.

Raiders:

It's the same **** but different year

-Besides that Int in the 1st Q McGloin was solid

-Jano :x he's missed 8 FGs on the Season and he's cost us a few games this season

-No 3rd down pressure on QB and that's what basically cost us the game
-WR can't catch anything

-Rashard Jennings continues to run hard and he's now taken McFragile's job

-Were heading in right direction

cowboys -

-romo leading the cowboys on that final drive :pimp:
-dez came up big late in the 4th for romo... witten came up big with 2 TD's too

everyone else -

-vikings & packers ending in a tie :x
-cam coming up clutch again... the lebron celebration  :pimp:
-back & forth game with SD & KC... fun to watch
-cards dominated indy...they're playing real well lately
-colts getting exposed as of late
-nice comeback from the pats... that muffed punt was a tough way to lose for denver
-the cold affecting peyton again :nerd:
-andy reid & rivers
-tough way for the lions to lose
-weeden
-steelers back in the mix

- Another clutch game winning drive for Romo made all the more easy by that pathetic Giants pass rush and secondary :smh:. To say the Giants need new coordinators on both sides of the ball would be an understatement
- LMAO at the NFC North yesterday, just awful football from them all. Lions gonna win the division by default
- look out for the Cardinals and Steelers, both are on a roll right now
- Cam Newton with the game winning drive that shouldn't have even come down to that had Ted Ginn actually had hands. Ditto for Mike Wallace
- Brandon Weeden is the human equivalent of herpes
- Ed Reed really hasn't won a game he's suited up for since the Super Bowl  , Geno Smith has to be benched he's no better than Sanchez
- Broncos had no business blowing that game but it is Peyton in cold weather, Broncos might not want homefield in the playoffs
- Chiefs defense got lit all the way up yesterday by Philip

Giants=

Players were talking all ****, and then come out and lose
mean.gif

Pray this little streak wasn't enough for OC and DC to keep their jobs.

Good drive by Romo, especially when he attacked Rolle covering Dez

NFL-

Bad lose for the Lions, needed to gain ground, Bucs may play spoiler the rest of the year.

Steelers still alive.

Cards staying low-key

Luck looked BAD

I thought this was the Jets odd week or whatever, to Win?
laugh.gif

Texans probably need Qb but Watt and Clowney
sick.gif

Rivers
pimp.gif

Another classic for Manning- Brady/

Colts looking terrible the past month. Coaching is nonexistent.

Hated to see Peyton take another L to Tom.

-Been told people that Geno's body language could be suspect

-I actually thought the Giants would have pulled off that win.

-Carolina winning the division is somewhat possible

-The Bears and Lions acting like Rodgers aint comin back. They are both DONE.

-AFC West

-Watch out for Steelers

Texans
- I'm happy because this team will finally make changes at the HC and QB positions

NFL
- The good Phil Rivers is back :pimp:
- chiefs frauds of the week :nerd
- What the hell Colts?
- Cam :pimp:
- Lions need a new coach
- Arizona has been playing really well. That defense has some playmakers man
- great SNF game, manning didn't have a great game but I thought he would take them down the field if he gets the ball back.
- A Denver/NE AFC champsionship game would be awesome

If you were ever curious about how Ki-Jana Carter was as a NFL player, look no further than #34 in Indy.

-Pretty amazing how not one person in this thread has mentioned THE CARDINALS.  #1 defense in DVOA, currently in control of the wild card spot, most ignored team in football.  Definitely not a contender this year but they have serious pieces.  Ya'll need to pay attention to a good young team full of playmakers instead of getting in catfights over your mediocre team beating another mediocre team (looking at OP).  I'm saying this about a divisional rival.

-Andrew Luck
nerd.gif
.. . Yeah I'm seeing a lot of ignoring eyes after that performance.  Awful pick 6.

-NFC East and North are both pathetic.  The Lions need a new coach desperately.

-Stafford displayed why he isn't mentioned in those lists.

-Peyton embarrassed himself.  No way around it.  Rivers is the man, that throw was incredible.
laugh.gif
Chargers still have a shot in the AFC, especially with the Jets being what they are.

-Cam is the man.

-The Texans are doing the best thing for their fans by playing so badly they have to fire absolutely everyone....

Bye Week Seahawks:

-Nice job Walter Thurmond
mean.gif
...  That said, does it strike anyone else as wrong to hand out these four game bans to guys doing something (Weed) that is completely legal in their home state (Washington)?  Word to Von Miller.

-Huuuge game coming up.  I'm confident, but at the same time I'm not excited to go against Drew Brees and Jimmy Graham...  Not excited at all...

Steelers
Whoa, two solid wins in a row, back in the hunt
Final spot is between Balt/Pitt/SD IMO. Balt or Pitt game on T giving goes a long way deciding
Ben looking good out there
Awesome punt by him being downed at the 2
Antonio Brown wih a very nice performance
Heath being Heath
Steelers D was young and active
Troy with the two caused turnovers

At least playing competitive football

League:
Great game last night
Tom's throw simply works in the wind. The Manning wobble won't
In the grand scheme it is all about playoff success so I don't put a ton of stock in it
Good for Tony
Andrew and the Colts....gross
I find myself rooting for Carolina every week
I was ok with ties before but not under these new rules. There were TWO scores in OT. That is unfair to ask for three in one quarter of play

--GREAT DAY OF FOOTBALL ALL-AROUND. :pimp:

--Peyton followed up the best drive of the night (when he took the Broncos down to tie the game) with the worst drive of the night. How the **** do you throw an end zone fade at the 40 yard line?

--Geno Smith has 23 turnovers on the year. :x

--Colts are lucky they're already 7-4. Should only need to win one or two more games to clinch the division. Luck played like absolute *** yesterday. I do love all of the Ms. Cleo's everywhere, tho... "I said they'd struggle when Wayne went down." You really went out on a limb there! I bet any team would struggle if they lost their 100+ reception guy.

--Arizona is legit. Carson Palmer is playing good football again and targeting Fitz... it's paying off.

--Done talking about the team from Houston for the year. :x

--Kansas City scares nobody.

--Carolina scares everybody.

--Glad to see St. Louis figured out how to run an offense.

Chiefs are falling apart . you can only perpetrate the fraud for so long ...

Panthers have a lot of NFC teams shaking in their boots right now . want to see how they handle a cold weather game , but wouldnt be surprised if this team makes a nice playoff run (barring injury)

im more impressed with my Pats comeback than the Broncos collapse . itll be interesting to see what gets more focus in the media

NFC North :smh:

from what ive seen , Glennon is by far the most talented QB in the draft class . dude has poise , very good pocket presence and can make the difficult throw

Cardinals are scary . they are a TOUGH out at home

Luck played like *** and people are going to ignore it

Texans
- Won't ever root for my team to intentionally lose, but really since the Cardinals loss, these are just numbing losses, good for the top pick, but it sucks to lose. The worst team in the league came into Reliant and turned you into the worst team in the league. At least the Pats made a comeback and won, or else there would have been an angry Pats team coming into Reliant to pepper your angus. My vaseline is on stand-by though, and I think I have enough for the entire coaching stuff and some of the Texans players.

The League
- NFC North is something else. Packers may still win that division.
- Matt Flynn still trolling :pimp: :pimp: multiple paydays, have taken only a handful of hits, and you go back to where it started and you play like you never left. Talk about da life
- Terrible choke job by the Broncos. In every game, there's a point where you know the momentum is starting to shift. I don't think it started with the 24 unanswered points, it started with being 17-0 instead of 24-0. 7s >>>>3s. Wes looks like the goat again, Peyton is in playoff season form, as is Brady. Hmmmmmm.
- I don't remember who said it, but I also believed that if the Chiefs lost to the Broncos last week, it would start a spiral of losses. Along with Tamba Ali and Houston going down, this really does seem like a 13-3/12-4 team that gets beat in the first round.
- Giants and Cowboys did everything to hand the game to the other team, but Romo and Dez finally decided to win it for them. Romo has been a stud all year, and more often than not (this year), their losses can't be blamed on him. Rolle  Miles Austin is finished, and you forget he's even on the team. Week 17 vs the Eagles....that's looking like...ehhh, nevermind, don't want any Honeysuckle Jergan's to start emitting from anyone's skin.
- Hmmm, well look at the Colts. No Luck magic nor yellow flag magic. It's a shame when that happens.

COWBOYS
-giants doing all the talking.... Meanwhile Dallas stayed calm nd just drops bombs.

NFL
-killa !

-here comes the Peyton can't ball in the cold/elements talk. Then everyone will be on mute when he throws 5tds in 11 degree Denver weather.

-good coaching bill belly check

-chiefs chargers game was bananas. When that boy river is on,whew. Nice game

-stafford gonna stafford. U live by the sword, u die by the sword. Fitting way to lose

-who returns first to save their teams season. Rodgers or cutler?

-lol @ Arizona not being a real threat. What team have u been watching??? Arizona is very much a threat.

-mike Wallace drop to lose the game. Meanwhile Antonio brown showing out in every sense of the word.

-see u Thursday Oakland.

-Michael Irvin gave the perfect assessment on my dude Peyton Manning on NFL Gameday. "Was it a big game? Yes...Did Peyton play particularly well? No...Well that says itself....That's why he handed that ball off that many times, he was like clock please wind down in this cold weather...it is what it is" :smh:

-Idk who to blame the Defense, Wes Welkers important drops, Special Teams or Peyton and some of those easy *** missed opportunities. Not gonna put a lot of stock in it till the playoffs he knows whats at stake.

-You mean to tell me DRC was that important when he got injured before the half?

-Moreno is the only reliable back

Others:

That pick was on Megatron even though Stafford was playing garbage

Someone tell Cruz to stop crying

The Colts got BLOWN out. Thought they were going to be a problem in the Playoffs. Im thinking one and done

Steelers in playoff hunt?

 at the Mike Wallace drop

 at Andre Johnson's comments these past two weeks

What about the fact the Belichick chose to Defend instead of Receive after winning the OT toss? I mean really this guy

The offense was rolling at that point with Brady and Co. and he chose to kick it off to have the wind? Thought it was a horrible decision despite the results of the game.

*Waits for the Captain Hindsights to defend the move*

--Even though the Vikings and their fans haven't had much to cheer about this year it was good to see the Vikings put up a fight and compete against a division rival.  Good for them.

--On the flip side of that, it was quite clear to see that the Houston Texans did not put up a fight.  A game against the two most recent expansion teams with the Jaguars coming out on top with the victory.  Just goes to show that the Texans organization and their fans should be erased from the NFL scrolls.

--Is Andrew Luck regressing??

--Is Cam Newton progressing??......(just give a black man a chance
wink.gif
)

--Probably time to sit Geno Smith on the bench.  He did what he could for the time being.

--The most recent allegations of RG3 not wanting to see negative film of himself doesn't surprise me one bit.  This guy is self-centered and I have been saying it for the longest time.  Yeah he's all in for Week 1, but as you can see he's not all in for winning, or at least from a team standpoint.

--Good comeback victory by the Patriots.

Raiders- disappointing loss shuda known since y'all don't wna make playoffs

Jets- genos a bum let Simms strt o finda vet thru free agency

Texans- y'all a joke & ima dumbtruck believing in yo rb & wr bum *** (Tate & Hopkins). Fire everyone NOW

Chiefs & Detroit - y'all looking like frauds SMH

Good win by pats & Carolina . Ron Rivera mite win coach of yr & can't wait to watch em onSNF v NO.

A Tie though?

Detroit seemingly had all the time in the world to distance themselves from Bears/Packers without Cutty and Rodgers... But they go out and get beat by the bucs... Better hope they can beat the Packers on Thursday... Too bad Rodgers wont be back until after this week.  Division is still winnable by all 3 teams.

While Peyton doesn't seem to enjoy the cold, it was the wind that got him last night. That has a much greater effect on him

pretty much.. not looking forward to this weekend.. but we are coming off of a much needed bye

-NFC East and North are both pathetic.  The Lions need a new coach desperately.
i'd take both over the afc south:

colts: 7-4

titans: 5-6

jags: 2-9

texans: 2-9
