Have done some searching, but haven't had much luck.
The reason I ask is because a few years back I saw a "Pea Coat" or Dress coat in the same style as the picture attached, with a small white swoosh on the arm.

The only problem is that I saw this coat being worn by a member of Canada's World Junior Hockey team, and I know they get hooked up every year with a "Care package" filled with a bunch of exclusive clothing that sometimes isn't released anywhere else.
If anyone has seen anything similar, or have any ideas on where to look, that would be great.
I apologize if I put this in the wrong place - wasn't sure if theres a separate forum for clothing. Mods feel free to move this wherever necessary if needed.
