Nike Restocks (Holiday Restocks are coming)

Nah I'm not asking what time I should expect delivery, I've just never seen "out for delivery" updated that early in the morning before.

thats just when they "scan' the package and load it onto the truck, the truck could be sitting at the distribution center for hours before it actually goes "out for delivery"

These damn ******s at Nike customer support are only offering me 10% for my canceled Bel Air order. They said they might be able to increase it if I am able to give them order numbers for people that received 20% for their canceled order. Can anyone please PM me with their order number. Thanks!

It's very frustrating when you've been reassured twice by NDC customer support that your order is ready and just waiting to be picked up by the carrier to then have it cancelled which basically amounts to a lie. Afterwards, you have to basically do extra work to have them give you a discount code on your next order. Yeah, I stand by my word that they ******s over there...:lol:
 
To each his own. They only know what's shown on the screen. To say they are ******ed is probably just a sign of frustration. At least you get a code out of it. I'm too lazy to fight for an extra percentage.

That's not ******ed. If I was Nike rep ill give out 10% too. I'm trying to save my company money. You're lucky to even get 10%. Speaking from my point of view if I was you. Yup, I'll be piss for 10% only but I wouldn't call them ******ed.

Damn, people defending Nike now. When I say ******ed, I, OF COURSE, don't mean the Webster's Dictionary definition. As for a Nike rep caring enough to save their company, it shouldn't matter unless they actually own shares or are reprimanded for giving out too many promo codes.

Also, let's not forget that Nike would still be making money even if they only charged $20 for these shoes but instead retail them for upwards of $200+

I think it's the way you talk to the rep. I have been always getting everything I wanted to my satisfaction when I called in.

Yeah, I wasn't aware that it was now frowned upon TO VENT about Nike's awful customer service (aka customer service reps) in a Nike forum and that if you do, you would be criticized for doing so. I could've easily used much harsher language but thought that ****** would suffice.

So whatever happened to "TO EACH HIS OWN?"

I've been a member of this forum back to the days when there was even a Jordan XI section. I really need to find a new hobby...

and/or black toe I's. can't believe i didn't pay attention to this thread like that. ever since the concords and then later on the yeezy 2 release i've been done with sneakers. couldn't take it anymore.:rolleyes

honestly, not everyone will agree with your viewpoint. i just figured id chime in after you said most of us live at home. its like you just toss stuff out there just because.
