The VI is my all time favorite. Im getting one of each, God willing. If i can get 2 "sport" blues and Carmines I will for sure.

Yeah it will be nice to to my collection too since I have never owned any 6. Maroon 6 is definitely a fresh shoe, but I've only seen one person in my entire life wear these. 1991 I was 14. I want to see Brett 11 numbers with these!

yeah I don't get the why everybody wants tumbled leather on everything all of the sudden, i think its because the laneys, steels, and taxis

Tumbled leather looks good on predominately white uppers.

I think the glossiness of the leather on the primarily white VIs is part of what makes them so beautiful. Tumble leather ruins the clean lines of a shoe imo. It looks alright on some shoes (I was pleased with it on the laneys and taxis), but it just doesn't lend itself to everything.
Also it would be a travesty if the only retro of this OG colorway used a totally different material for the upper, considering it's the main part of the shoe

So many nice 6s this year!! Cannot wait!! 3s, 5s, 6s, 11s are my fav(probably along with a LOT of other sneakerheads.)
Also, i do think JB's tumbled leather quality has been better then most of the other materials besides eprint/3M in recent releases.

JM has confirmed that Nike Air branding will not become a common thing. And if they did choose to do it with a VI, I wouldn't expect it on these

I don't really expect them to be limited - it's the "year of the VI" and this is an OG colorway. I'm sure they won't be produced in the same numbers as the ever popular infrareds and carmines, but I think a GR is our best guess at the moment.
People will also be hyped up at the fact these are one of the few OG Jordans to never have retroed... Even if people don't like them, they may cop anyway just cuz they think it's "necessary for the collection" or some **** like that. I see that on Youtube all the time - kids with no opinions. It's like a damn pokemon game but with shoes

If they darkened the Maroon Color then they can keep it. Just Black Infrared for me this year. Otherwise cop if the toebox isnt ridiculous like recent VIs have been
