not bad i live a little more inland than tampa like 30 minutes but it has been raining for over a week straight. its supposed to chill out the rest of the week with only like 30-40% chance of rain. you coming to tampa?

Honestly does it really mattter? Y'all are talking about the Air Jordan 2. It's not like its important.
Not like there's many more they're likely to release. The Maroons plain and simple should've come out last year, so this is just Nike making some extra cash on em with the "Remastered" and "Nike Air" changes.

Oh, ok. Yea, the weather down here has been kinda gloomy too. I'm heading up there for some work for about a week. Are there any good shops to check out other than university mall etc.?

I think JB should never have altered the designs of 1-6 and added the Jumpman in the first place. I feel like MJ just wanted to see himself more on these shoes. They should have just made new colors instead of à new design.

Now they're going to start charging more since it has a Nike Air logo instead of a jumpman....brilliant marketing by JB.

Don't think it's a stretch to say the next Grape retro will feature all three of those. NA looks like it'll become a staple among OG colorways, the 5s they've released under the "remaster program" have had considerably better leather than the '13 releases, and since the last retro didn't have 3M I'm sure Nike will throw it in to use as another marketing angle.

Thats all logical, I hope they at least up the quality of the upper. I can't speak on the quality of the 5's released this year but, if they mirror the upper used on the low 6, Dope AF.I'd rather have that than Nike Air, getting both, I will believe it if I see it.
