That policy varies from store to store, it's not a set policy.... The FTL at the crappy mall I avoid are getting these and they are doing FCFS... Other higher volume stores are doing raffles as usual... That's stores in my area..... Ppl really need to stop making this release something it's not.... I wouldn't be surprised if this is the new normal, with Jordan OG releases....
