A pair of shoes that I ordered came in as a mismate, a size 9 and a size 10, so when I called to let them know, they sent me a 20% off coupon code for the inconvenience.

Why feel bad for them? Do they fill bad for YOU when they backdoor a whole FSR and hold you hostage by making you pay +$200 retail for a shoe you want? Or when they get their hooks into a manger and pretty much owns the raffles that are held? Not this guy, no feels, whatsoever!

They also seemed to have increased production which helps. On the tech side NDC seems to have taken the hacking ability out of the hands of anyone who's taken a coding course. It's still done but seems like you need to be pretty well versed in coding to pull shenanigans now..
