Nike stock is up over 20% this year. They need to justify the price with more sales. IMO they needed to have to sell enough pairs that totaled two 11's dropping this X-mas. Year over year they gotta top last year sales by a significant margin. Next year they are gonna have to implement more pairs with NA to meet investor expectations with profit. Hey but what do I know it's not like I'm in finance

That's cool. I'm glad those that want them get them. For me I'm opting out but I think this is the best white based VI.

Nike's stock price is up for many reasons. Sales growth but the three biggest reasons Nike's stock price is up is due to them selling Cole Haan and Umbro (so are sitting on a lot of cash), and they're in the 3rd year of a 4 year stock repurchase program. Less shares in the market = higher per share prices.
Their sales in the US and China are growing rapidly and basketball is the largest gainer in both percentage and revenue. Jordan Brand, and these retros models which make up a percentage of overall JB sales accounts for 10% of Nike's overall revenues.
You'd actually make more money in a shorter time frame right now buying the maroons and 72-10s and reselling then you would on Nike stock....and I'm somewhat serious on this comment.

I was one of the ones that said low allocation, and I stand by it. Only 3 stores in my city received them, 1 with a FSR, 1 with slightly more than that, and one with a few FSR. And someone else above also said his city only had 3 stores with them. All depends on where you are for what gets allocated, but this has a smaller allocation than a lot of recent Jordan drops, that's just facts. Just because a few people here are having an easy time hitting on raffles cause they live in a big city with multiple spots doing raffles, doesn't mean it's easy for everyone everywhere.
