Jordan Retro 6 "Maroon" - Dec. 5, 2015 ($220)

I was one of the ones that said low allocation, and I stand by it. Only 3 stores in my city received them, 1 with a FSR, 1 with slightly more than that, and one with a few FSR. And someone else above also said his city only had 3 stores with them. All depends on where you are for what gets allocated, but this has a smaller allocation than a lot of recent Jordan drops, that's just facts. Just because a few people here are having an easy time hitting on raffles cause they live in a big city with multiple spots doing raffles, doesn't mean it's easy for everyone everywhere.
I live in a smaller city. We never get anything and every single store around me is getting these in multiple size runs. Not sure why you didn't receive them if even my small city got thousands of them.

Waiting to hear word from the dudes in here that were screaming "low allocation" "these will be limited" and my favorite one "stay woke" lol

where you live

Australia NDC still have sizes from US10 up to US13.  After conversion, that's approx USD176 including tax and shipping.  Plus if you live in Melbourne, same day express delivery (during business days I presume).  Anyone who wanted a pair got one.  Or three.

where you live

I live in Alberta, Canada. We just got a HOH this summer. Easily under 150 pairs of these in my city. Like I said, all depends on where you live, but from what I'm seeing this is a much lower allocation than other recent drops. We got more Aqua 8's in one store alone than Maroon 6's across 3 stores.

Again, even depends where you are in the States. A dude a page back in Colorado only had three shops getting them and missed out on his raffle. I'd bet many cities/states got low allocations as well. They do this so you big city folk can eat.

I live in a smaller town than any in Colorado, We have one crappy mall in the city. Champs , Footlocker, Finishline, Footaction, and two boutiques got multiple size runs. Some of them didn't even get the Aqua 8's if that tells you anything. Only one store out of those I mentioned (including the boutiques) received the Chicagos and none of them got any SBBs.

I guess it does depend on where you live, but if that many places around me are getting them , when some didn't even receive the Aquas (no lie) that means these are a massive massive GR.

Which is a good thing (IMO)

Guess there's no rhyme or reason to any of this **** anymore if there was a store that actually didn't get Aqua's haha.

Yeah dude i'm serious it was a Finishline that didn't get them. I couldn't believe it, I thought they were joking, but sure enough they didn't get any. They concentrate on running shoes mostly but every now and then they do get some retros. I thought for sure they were going to get the Aquas, but nope. That terrible finishline is getting the Maroons. Yeah I don't see any rhyme or reason to this. If some places are getting stiffed and other places like where I live who never get anything are getting flooded.

just let it go man.  i mean, its an irrelevant argument to begin with.  but these are definately a GR.

There's nothing to let go, and I'm not arguing. I said in (SOME AREAS) these are limited, that's facts. If they are super GR in your area I'm happy for you, but some of us are less lucky and have to put in work.

Is the leather softer compared to the sport blue 6s?? those felt like plastic

After taking the inserts and trying them on, the touch of the leather especially the toe area and side panels where it has the tumbled leather is very nice and soft. Much improved. It feels a lot better than the sport blues or white infrareds from last year. However the heel portion of leather is quite stiff compared to the rest of the shoe. The slimmer toe box makes these fit tts. On a good note there is no maroon dyed onto the sockliner [emoji]128077[/emoji]

Haha you're not far off though , tbh..

Someone used the term " limited GR" or something like that a while back . I tend to think it is more along the lines of there won't be a limited amount like the NA 1s but won't be in abundance like the Aquas . So widely available but in small amounts

I live in Co Springs with a population just over 500k. 1 FL, 2 FTL, 1 champs all got these and all said there was a limited amount . None of these stores have received any of the NA 1s going back to 2013 . Not even lasers , lows, nothing. All stores told me that their amount was limited so maybe 1 FSR.

This is why I disagree, but this is just from my personal experience. Stores here in my small city get maybe 2 FSRs at most of any given retro. 2 FSR's of hares, bordeauxs etc. This time each store has a minimum of 4 FSRs, and they all got em. Usually only a couple stores get retros, now every store has them and in multiple size runs. Like I said I just find it odd, because we never get ish here, and now we get these like in christmas 11 numbers.

I think this might just be a fluke for my area , unless anyone else here has experienced the same thing.

All in all it doesn't matter, anyone who wants these will get these. If you don't get them  in your area you will get them online. This is a good thing, I love it.
