I'm confused with the people getting them, and then saying they are not sure they will keep them because of the price point! lol ummmm why would u pay it in the first place?
Hype remorse. See, they figured they would be hyped due to the Nike Air on the back but they now see that these are still sitting on shelves and online. So they're not so excited about them anymore and they can't flip them for a quick profit.

if you want these, check your outlet in a week or two.. guaranteed some reseller will return  them! lol

saw it on IG with the aquas

Put these on with just the factory lacing and they are kind of loose, should i return for a .5 size down or can the laces be tightened i dont know how to lace 6's

Well... You know what. I don't make the shoes or work for the brand I just know what I bought today and what I wanted when I was 10 with no job and parents who weren't spending $125 on what they called "tennis shoes" Real leather or not its the only viable option

Understood but my point was if you're talking about inflation you have to compare the same exact product. But it is a maroon 6 so I see your point.

Agreed, the reasons for the price increase is because we're willing to pay the prices.  They see resellers pricing at these prices, why shouldn't they do the same.  By doing this Nike is actually doing something about the resale market.

I would argue that most people do not pay reseller prices nor have any interest in doing so. Just because people on a sneaker forum pay crazy prices to get a pair of shoes doesn't mean everyone will. As Nike continues to increase the price of retros the public will just look somewhere else for something in their price range.

so are these sitting in stores? especially in SF?

won the ndc raffle for a size 8, but would like to get a size 8.5 too to see which fits better

happy they mass produced these. lots of people are gonna have people make infrared 6's customs with the nike air now.

not shocked about the quality being pretty inconsistent, jordan brand doesn't care anymore about putting out good stuff.

cleared my cache like someone said earlier. east bay still says limit one per customer when i try to add to cart even though i didn't buy a pear from them
