Yeah. ... I don't know where you've been seeing that especially in Jordan's. Maybe these recent non hyped colorways.

I think people are looking at the OG pair and thinking thats what these are gonna look like but they will look funky with all these different shades of white on the shoe

Oh well it will still sell out in seconds because nike air is on the back
 
whats good with these early releases on ebay? are they fugazi? Id rather pay more now than cry later. Too old to be standing in line online
 
What is this different shades of white y'all keep mentioning? I haven't really inspected the shoe too much but I'm curious

Yeah right buddy. 14s are gone in a heartbeat, far less are made. Almost every single release for 14+ is a quick strike. First size gone in the Sampras oscillate safari??? 14

He got a point though. Many times the only size still available even if it´s OG colors is 14. I´m speaking by EU standards though, dunno the US situation.

Definitely not what the situation is in the US. Like I said before though it depends on the shoe and the demand. As "Da Hen" said above also, they don't make that many in that size to begin with.
 
After taxes and shipping, some will pay between $235-$250 for a retail pair.

You guys are buggin. This is a very accurate retro. Only complaint if it even matters is that the maroon is a shade darker than the OG. The leather looks decent, way better than White infras and Sport blues from 2014. The soles aren't icy and Nike Air on the back for an added up charge in price. I'm not happy about the price but this shoe is an example if them taking a step in the right direction

If the maroon is off then it defeats the purpose.

I gotta be able to wear my Hokie gear. For $220 I can't be buying a pair of shoes I'll never wear because it's off a few shades

It's still the color maroon though and will coordinate with VT gear very nice
