PREACHER VOL. AMC Taking Preacher to pilot

First off, if you're not familiar with PREACHER I suggest you excuse yourself right this second and peep it out. Been waiting for this for way too god damn long, and hopefully everything works out and AMC picks up a few seasons! Seth Rogan is tied in with the project, pretty sure nothing acting wise, but **** it I'd still be hyped if they cast him as Jesse ( :lol:...:\ )Always thought this would work better as a show, or mini series rather than a movie.

They've been trying to get this on screen since 98, been tied with different studios, directors, writers, actors and everything, but this looks the most promising...AMCgod coming through (hopefully). Some people saying the pilot would be shot next month...I can def see this staying in development hell but who knows

I love Cassidy. Actually read the series in January-Febraury... Love how it ended. Cannot wait
 
Wow a preacher show? I would've never thunk it.

There needs to be Constantine show as well.

Funny this lady randomly started talking to be about Preacher when I was coming home on the train a few weeks ago. She was a 40+ lady that claimed she loved comics. It sounded like a cool little comic. If we are talking about the same thing.
 
the potential is there..

i still need to finish the damb comics, though.

I'm hoping it's great. I'm a fan of the cast and need a new show to watch.
