so hyped! can't believe the fight card of the year is only 5 days away.

It's so hard to choose a winner for the main event, but my gut tells me Conor will pull this off. Aldo has been very dominant, but I don't feel like he has progressed with each fight. Conor always talks about movement, and I think that is going to be the difference maker. It's too close to call, which is what makes this fight so exciting.

wooo, i can't wait for this weekend.

im rooting for conor, but i hope him and his coaches worked on defending leg kicks to his lead leg. i expect jose aldo to tee the **** off on that vulnerable lead leg.

Conor is a south paw, I wonder how he'll defend or counter the inside leg kick

Yes exactly, those leg kicks will take the movement away from Conor if he sustains too many hits. Honestly Conor lost a lot of his spring in that Mendes fight. I just watched it again. Both guys seemed to be fatigued only difference is Conor still had pop in his strikes. His movement stopped for the most part

not just the south paw, but that sideways/bladed stance he utilizes makes it very difficult to check kicks to the lead leg, especially to the outside of the leg. jose aldo will likely look to tee off with switch kicks to that lead leg.

i hope you're prepared, notorious.

conor really has to be on his bike, find his range early and keep aldo at the very end of his strikes.

Rousey's first interview will be released soon, she gave it to ESPN

"It might be three to six months before I can eat an apple, let alone take an impact," Rousey said.

Still, Rousey seems to be optimistic about her return to the Octagon. Her plans of MMA greatness, Hollywood success and more have not been altered by the setback. Rousey was a dominant champion until the loss to Holm and the most well-known MMA fighter on the planet.

"Maybe I can't do it all before my prime, before my body is done," Rousey said. "But f*ck it, maybe I can."

Very interesting, a writer from Ireland is on MMA Hour and he's saying there's a lot of Irish people despise Conor for the way he conducts himself

He said they prefer their athletes to be humble

dude the psychological edge Holly has over ronda now....

Imagine that weigh in again....ronda having flashbacks

but in all honesty, ronda has a good chance of winning the rematch IF she can get holly to the ground.....IF

you know thats all holly is training right now TDD, grappling, wrestling, and BJJ.....yikes

Would be better for her to just hang em up.. she gonna get worked again. I'd love to see it, but go make that movie money while you're still able to, Ronda.

Weird.. he seems like an Ireland hero from the way they make it seem on TV.

Glad we get Al Sterling on Thursday. They should be building him so much more as an upcoming prospect/contender. I hope he makes a run

If she doesn't do a rematch shes crazy

The amount of money both fighters will make off that rematch would be crazy. I dont even care who wins, I just want to see them fight one more time

Movie money might be good too though. She really hasn't given off any vibes that she expects to get her belt back. It's actually disappointing but maybe she knows in her mind that she's inferior or that she doesn't want to put in the work it will take to conquer Holly

Conor's coach is pretty set on Conor going to 155. He says the weight cut is a chore and that they've spent enough time at 145

IMO no matter what happens he's going to 155 win or lose

Conor gonna get eaten alive at 155 imo. One of his main strengths at FW was his size advantage...

I definitely think Khabib and RDA would eat him. However, if Conor performs well against Aldo then I'd guess he'd be able to keep up with the Cowboy's and Pettis' etc.
