I got it 2-2. I don't remember anything from the first round except Weidman coming out like the Karate Kid, but I don't even remember Lyoto throwing any punches or kicks in that round at all.
 
Great last round, decent fight . Weidman gotta make sure he doesn't get gassed in 4th & 5th.

machida body kicks may have broken a rib. Weidman is great . great
 
Weidman proved he has a chin, dared Machida to hit him more when Machida dragon blitzed.. Still came forward. Impressive.

Weidman for sure has bruised if not broken ribs on his right side

Machida went all out, can't hate on him tonight at all
 
Hopefully after this fight Weidman can finally silence most the critics regarding the 2 Silva fights 
 
It's crazy that there are people who still think Weidman's not legit.

I mean, the whole "lucky punch" argument should have never had a steam when you consider Silva does that vs. everyone and none of them got lucky.

The other reason people discredit Weidman is by bringing up that Silva was "past his prime"

I really wanna see a Weidman vs Rockhold matchup. 

I give Belfort a slight chance in the first few rounds but if he doesn't catch Weidman early, its over for him cause he gasses. Same thing with Jacare. Mousasi has problems with wrestlers and Weidman would just ground and pound him the entire fight. Other than that I don't see any real challengers for him. But I'm watching out for Yoel Romero.

According to Dana, the attendance was 10,088 and the gate was $4.4M. If the gate number is accurate than that's impressive. But the attendance is average to below average for them at Mandalay Bay. UFC 170 which featured Rousey vs McMann had an attendance of 10,217 and a gate of $1.56M.
